As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.
There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

I think all organizations both small and large could benefit from Symphony Talent. It is a must to have a recruitment marketing platform these days given it's a job-seekers market. It is more important today more than ever to capture and nurture leads for your organization and keep them updated on jobs and things happening related to the culture of your organization. Organizations with less than 100 people may be able to get away without it

  • The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
  • A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
  • A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.

It was like night and day. Success Factors had horrible customer service and we had very limited control over the platform. When we transitioned to SmashFly, their customer service was excellent and we had complete control over the system to make any changes we needed quickly. The technical support with SmashFly is also one of the best I've seen in the business. Their turnaround time is pretty quick when compared to others

  • From what I've heard, recruiters have noticed a big upswing in candidate response rate, which of course, leads to increased rates of hire.
  • Some recruiters are reluctant to use smashfly because they think they're doing double effort.
