It is well suited for high volume recruiting to function as a data warehouse for candidates. Since SkyRecruit enables you to easily retrieve and manipulate the data it's a great tool for a Recruiter/Sourcer desktop.

Vettery is appropriate for a scaling business. Our company experienced tremendous growth and so it's truly helpful to have a tool fill in the gaps of a Talent Acquisition pipeline. Not every candidate is going to get hired, but that's okay. You find diamonds in the rough and you get a sense of what talent is out there to compare.

  • Ease of user interaction - sometimes too many clicks to accomplish an individual task.
  • Attaching a document could be a much more straightforward process
  • Exporting candidate info is a bit cumbersome.

  • Their 'Connie' tool can be a bit invasive. Sometimes Recruiters go at a really fast pace and don't always use the Vettery email to ensure candidates are scheduled but the Connie tool will message you asking you to set up meetings even after they're on the calendar.

Vettery has a selection of Sales and Finance candidates which is invaluable to our business. Hired mainly focuses on technical candidates, and while it's helpful, it's more pricey. For a company growing like ours, every penny counts, which means Vettery is the preferred tool in our organization to ensure we have a full top-of-funnel for Recruiting.
