This is a basic CRM tool like many of the others. I would imagine that this would be well suited for large enterprises due to its ability to double as a task manager, and smaller soloprenuer operations because it is expansive and can do so many things in one place. Overall if you are in business you should be using a CRM and this one is a good one to use.

Vincere

This has been such a fantastic experience for our company, I'd recommend Vincere in a heartbeat. Fantastic service with a team who seem like they genuinely just want to help - they really seemed to care about getting us happy with their product, especially when helping us finish the data import from our old system.

I'd say it would be a good fit for a large recruitment company as the dashboards and reporting is very good. However, the low price also makes it a good option for start-ups or cost conscious firms.

Soffront CRM

  • The email marketing platform is wonderful. It allows for tracking and you can do AB testing with it as well.
  • Landing page and form placement with other companies have also been easy. Regardless of website or landing page that you use the forms integrate and you get an email notification whenever a new lead is added to the database.
  • The overall layout of the CRM is also nice to use. You can open up different tabs with information on and then go back to a previous tab without having to use the browser controls. It makes navigating and comparing information very easy to do.

  • Customer service is A1, the response is no time and the staff is super friendly and understanding at all times.
  • You can import all your data by yourself and since the interface is so simple, the learning curve is fast.
  • Bulk edit, bulk email, bulk everything lets you SAVE TIME!
  • Export is the simplest and most organized I've seen.

  • I do not like the log-in page. Whenever I go the Soffront site I get a pop-up asking me not to leave. It is a bit pushy when all I want to do is log into my account.
  • The social media integration feature they have is not particularly useful. There are other companies that do a far better job of posting to SM for me.

  • Full of bugs.
  • The same data points are quoted differently across the product.
  • Removing data when you wish to leave has been a real challenge. Limited capability in the product itself and a slow to respond support team.
  • Support is poor in general.
  • Every new release provides more complexity that adds no value and compounds the many bugs in the product further.
  • Even as part of a GDPR request we found it difficult to get our data from the company, we were also charged for the privilege.
  • Support is slow and unwilling to admit where fundamental problems exist in the product. If they respond it's with a workaround rather than a fix.
  • Lots of corny comments about billing, making money, "license to Bill" are communicated from the company and in the product. Not everyone in this sector is driven by money some of us want to provide a quality service, the money is an outcome of a good job not the starting point.
  • The sales process consisted of basically lots of window dressing about the product, we were tied to 3 years and then found out most of the features we purchased the product for don't work and many still don't work nearly 3 years later.

The slow load times, buggy performance, and constant need to use workarounds make it a hugely frustrating offering, as basic as a candidate search requires the exact details to be entered or it cannot find the record in question. We struggled to get our data off their platform which should raise a very real warning for any customers who wants to leave, we were also tied into a lengthy contract, in hindsight, I should have realised the fact they felt the need to tie us in for so long suggests the product alone would not make us want to stay.

Soffront CRM

Soffront performs many of the same functions as both of these providers but it offers a great deal more all in one place. I do not have to log into different programs or switch programs to get the information that I need. This has greatly increased efficiency. The pricing for Soffront is also better when you add in the other features that it comes with, in fact it saved me money when I switched.

  • The software has been positive for especially on the email marketing side. I have seen about a 23% increase in revenue and new contacts by using the email marketing feature.
  • The landing page and form integration has averaged me about 20 new leads a month for my business which is plenty to keep us busy and on track for growth of the business.

  • Accountability: Vincere has helped us shift the way we manage consultants. Everyone can see what they've done inside Vincere, the system is quite transparent so even your junior consultants can see where they need to pick things up.
  • ROI was fast for us. You move from an old system to a modern platform like Vincere and it's like turning on the lights. Just having the mobile app was a revelation to us! Then you add on the dashboards, the LinkedIn integration, the constant upgrades.
  • Analytics: we used to track everything on Excel and whiteboards. We've since shifted that to the automated reporting inside Vincere.
