Likelihood to Recommend Jobvite was very useful when used to onboard our new hires. Being a Human capital management company, we hire many individuals on a weekly basis so it helps us keep all of the paperwork organized and prevent any accidents when managing all of the data. Sometimes it does pose a problem for those who are not technologically savvy.
Read full review Spark Hire is well suited for the growing organization which hiring managers are always on the move. The chance of physically having an interview is less and even candidate sorting & tracking is tough. In this situation, Spark Hire is the best fit. In addition to this, when you need someone very special for a role this application will come to your help. It will ensure the best candidate is recruited as it will go under the multi layer assessment.
Read full review Pros Workflow- I love that you can immediately see where in the process a candidate is. Dashboard- The customization and overall feel of the site. Feed- The fact that you can see the feed from the candidates other applications is a plus. Read full review The user interface is clear and concise and not distracting. This is a pro because it allows you to focus on the interviewee and what they are saying. It is easy to access interviews, watch, rewatch, etc. The entire process is just so convenient. Read full review Cons Custom fields--custom fields do not follow the candidate from hire to onboarding. This is problematic because we then have to recreate on the onboarding side to then import into our HRIS. Onboarding picklists are time-consuming to populate. We have to enter options one at a time, rather than being able to do an import. Also, field mapping on Hire is a lot easier than having to set up tags on option sets in onboarding. Read full review We'd like more control over certain functionalities within our APS integration. We'd like more control over what actual communications are sent to our candidates. We would like the ability to set a different expiration date for an interview when using our APS - right now our only choices are 7 days and 14 days. Read full review Likelihood to Renew If I were to become an internal recruiter again, I would almost definitely use Jobvite. I liked the fact that we could set up any job application link on our company web site to connect directly to Jobvite. I also liked that Jobvite made employee referral easy to submit, as employee referrals tend to be the highest quality candidates. Jobvite really has all the tools a recruiter needs to get a candidate through a recruiting process quickly without anything slipping through the cracks. Even though there are a lot of features I feel can be greatly improved, I don't think there is anything on the market today that is better than Jobvite
Read full review Usability After using varios ATS's in the past, I have found most comfort and ease using jobvite. This tool has made the hiring process so easy to manage and just the fact that it is not complicated to use, makes it even better
Read full review Spark Hire is easy to use for both us and the candidate/interviewee. There is not a huge learning curve to being able to implement the program. Additionally, our clients (who are given access to the interviews) don't find it difficult to use, and our candidates have very few problems when recording their video interviews

Read full review Support Rating Support used to be better. In the last few years, though, I feel like there has been significantly less investment in customer service. We used to have account managers who were very visible and always checking in. Also, there used to be a phone number to get around-the-clock support. I am not sure that that exists at the quality it used to
Read full review I have not used the support that much with Spark Hire but it seems that there are a lot of features available for support and different resources that are provided on Spark Hire's website. For the most part, the system is very user-friendly and it's easy to navigate and figure out things on your own.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Before implementing Jobvite, we had
iCIMS and
Kronos Workforce Ready . Neither of these products got us where we wanted to be with metrics, candidate experience, or technology. I'm sure since we left them they have updated, but we are much happier with Jobvite than others. In the process of searching for a new ATS, we attended demonstrations of 9 other applicant tracking systems and were most impressed with Jobvite.
Read full review I can't remember the names of the other companies I reviewed but I chose Spark Hire because I could purchase the service on a monthly basis. This is an important feature for us since we're a small business.
Read full review Return on Investment Reporting - we had none before other than manually tracking things in excel documents, now we have a full suite of reports and dashboards we can customize. Interview Scheduling - With the candidate self-scheduling feature, we can now schedule interviews in a matter of seconds while also automating the candidate confirmation email and the calendar invites. More detailed source tracking than I have seen in any other product allowing full visibility on who we hire, where they came from and we can now analyze our sources.
