I think all organizations both small and large could benefit from Symphony Talent. It is a must to have a recruitment marketing platform these days given it's a job-seekers market. It is more important today more than ever to capture and nurture leads for your organization and keep them updated on jobs and things happening related to the culture of your organization. Organizations with less than 100 people may be able to get away without it

Recruiting new personnel is always a challenge, since making the right decision is not always an easy task, but with Cyber Recruiter the process is easier since it has an ideal, intuitive platform with great customization power to acquire the right person.   • The good thing about Cyber Recruiter is that it has a good database, plus I can get back in touch with applicants I've talked to before.
  • Cyber Recruiter takes care of the selection process from start to finish, this function allows us to trust that the choice will be the right one.

  • Moving candidates through steps can seem very clunky. When I first started using the software, I was turned off because it seemed to be a little redundant.

  • One thing that would be really helpful is for Cyber to accept .pdf formats of resumes. Many candidates now have their resume as a pdf, not word, and it is a shame that I have to copy and paste their resume into their system, which ruins the candidates' formatted resume. If anything that is the big thing that could use a change: Cyber should accept both word docs and .pdfs
  • Sometimes Cyber gets a bit slow when I try saving a note, or send an email through Cyber. It is not often, and it does eventually go through in the end. I did check to see if it was the internet but everything else was running just fine, so I know it is Cyber when it happens. It gets stressful at times when you have a bunch of things to do in the day through Cyber, and it is acting very slow.

It was like night and day. Success Factors had horrible customer service and we had very limited control over the platform. When we transitioned to SmashFly, their customer service was excellent and we had complete control over the system to make any changes we needed quickly. The technical support with SmashFly is also one of the best I've seen in the business. Their turnaround time is pretty quick when compared to others

  • Some recruiters are reluctant to use smashfly because they think they're doing double effort.

  • Although Cyber Recruiter is said to be expensive software in the Human Resources department, there is no denying that good profits have been made by acquiring new staff.
