Very good for a backup that is also used for frequent access (like a remote HD) and is easy to share.
Not 100% reliable as a full copy (like TimeMachine) of the HD, but not far off.

If your company is using a lot of G-suite products such as Gmail, Google Drive, etc..., it's easy to backup your important documentations and texts from email via Free Gmail Backup. You can also schedule your backup automatically. Very easy to use. One downside is this is only for Google users.

Cons

Backup to Dropbox and other cloud services would be great.
Online backup to 3rd party cloud services that do not affect band-width on the user end.

Sometimes it slows down your computer.
It doesn't restore selected emails and you have to do it twice.
The UI interface could be more aesthetically pleasing.

The support for this software has been very impressive. I have not had any problems as I have been using it for the past year. I never have to worry about what may happen if I lose a file because I know it can be recovered by the support provided here.

Alternatives Considered

From my research, SysTools was chosen mainly due to its simplicity. Other software tends to add a lot of eye candy, which for me was not necessary. I needed something that I could configure and leave running in the background relatively unnoticed. SysTools provided that with little interruption to my daily activities.

I prefer Upsafe Free Gmail Backup as it works to effectively save and protect our important brainstorms and conversations, as Google auto-saves in real-time. Cloud Backup for Office365 is slightly clumsier and harder to share as so many team members don’t pay for Microsoft Office since the Google Suite does pretty much the same work.

Return on Investment

Reduces time of sharing files and working on them collaboratively, in fairly large groups. We stopped using email attachments.
Reduce recovery time from a faulty or retired PC.
Reduce time of recovering old and large files we do not keep offline.

Every email from my clients is very valuable for me and this software keeps a copy of those emails secured.
Data is everything in todays digital market. So security of our data is a must.
6 months back my e-mail account has been hacked and that time this backup helped me to retrieve my account safely.
