Likelihood to Recommend Doodle is great when you need to coordinate dates among a group and don't want to send a bunch of group emails or texts. It allows a number of dates to be proposed and the group can easily see those dates that are most preferred. If you need to do something more complex than that it may not be your tool.
Read full review If at any time you have a problem, they will be there to help you, and because the software is simple to use and you can rapidly become accustomed to it, I would strongly recommend it. The software helps a great deal with your requirements, and it keeps getting better over time. They provide excellent enterprise support and are able to construct extremely customized systems in response to customer requirements.
Read full review It's well suited if you're on a budget, don't want to pay a recurring fee, and need a way to automate appointments. However, when I get around to it, I think I'm going to look for a more reliable tool. It's really less appropriate when appointment setting is "mission-critical" -- that is, your business is entirely dependent on a reliable appointment setting system -- for example, if you're a hairstylist, dentist, etc. I believe there are many other tools out there specific to these purposes.

Read full review Pros Doodle allows you to view multiple meeting times simultaneously. I may never have 100% of my team available, but I can see that I have three other options with 90% availability. Doodle is a free resource that doesn't require users to create an account or exist in a network. I simply send the link and see the responses. Read full review The service team at Booking Bug has always been swift and professional in dealing with our queries, and our configuration and use of Booking Bug has become more efficient as a result of the team's assistance. Booking Bug's system of notifications, by way of confirmation emails and booking reminders, are incredibly useful for both clients and staff. Clients arrive 'prepped' with everything that they need to know/bring, and are able to easily amend/cancel appointments where previously they might have failed to attend (without notifying our clinics). Read full review I find the interface to be a tad clunky and not that intuitive. I don't love the look and feel. My goal was to use TimeTrade exclusively for prospecting calls, which I gave a specific name. (e.g. Fall back in love with your business coaching session). I scheduled these open appointments for specific time slots when I'm available. I was surprised to discover that people could schedule different types of appointments at any open time in my calendar, not just the time slots I prefer. Read full review Alternatives Considered For the same reasons noted previously, Doodle allows for the organizer to ultimately select/accept the time that works for them. Many competitors only allow you to show available times and the appointment goes directly into the organizer's calendar. I typically prefer to have a bit more control over that. Also, visually Doodle is more intuitive in how you schedule appointments than
Calendly . I think
Calendly tries to get a bit too cute with their interface instead of sticking to a more standard, familiar calendar interface when setting an appointment.

Read full review Scalability It's the only system I've come across where courses can be added very easily. If I had 10 courses to begin with, and suddenly I needed to set up 100 or more, I can do this in a very short period of time. All redundant steps have been eliminated by the clever design.
