WealthBlock vs. Zinnia SmartOffice

Great for VC, PE, and RE firms. I-banks and brokers should use it, as well, to scale. Cost might be too high for startups or sporadic fundraisers who don't need an ongoing tool.

It is excellent for account opening, document aggregation and storage, tracking and correspondence. It is lacking in its interface and is often not intuitive or user friendly. I have had difficulty running specialized reports in the past and have had to call customer service for issues that should be easy to solve on one's own. There sometimes be a tremendous delay when interfacing with other programs like Microsoft Word.

WealthBlock comes with its native CRM, dataroom, investor onboarding, etc. Compared to other individual tools, WealthBlock provides a seamless one-stop solution for all parties involved in the process.

While we have considered making a change we did not see the merit in considering any other companies. Additionally, the pricing is so attractive it is hard for other companies to compete for our business. At no point in the last 10 years have we seriously considered making a change
