Likelihood to Recommend Blue Prism Intelligent RPA is well suited for the processes which are rules-based in nature. This software works well with web based application integrations. It's very easy to capture the object details and code the workflow with ease. The record functionally will do the trick most of the time and will save a lot of effort in coding the workflow. Work needs to continue in the surface automation part. It works with surface automation but there are chances of failure sometimes and we feel like the control of automation is very fragile.
Read full review Microsoft Power Automate is the best tool to extend Microsoft services you already use. Hands down. Prototyping workflows is very easy in Microsoft Power Automate. It's also the best choice for sending custom cards through Teams and email. It's the easiest way to get data from Microsoft Graph.

The release manager is also very good for deploying the packages in the new environment. It has the feature to identify the references for the used variables and the objects so while deploying the package it is easy to deploy without missing the important data. Scheduling, user management is simple to use and is very clear. Read full review Sending confirmation email to clients and user once the flow is triggered. Fetching or Dumping files from one location to another if the flow is triggered. Schedule flow helps to send alerts and triggers the flow at a specific interval of time to carry out the required task. Power Automate also be used to convert any file format to a specific file format and save it to the required location Read full review Cons It is better to have functionalities for an attended ROBOT, but I am okay with that. Data types are constant only if we are using their special type of code block. I've had no other issues with Blue Prism operations. It would be better to have a free online "Advanced Training Program" for Blue Prism, apart from their certification program. Read full review Many times it doesn't feel very "low-code" or intuitive. AI builder is helping more and more. Workflows should have a longer lifespan in days, we have approval processes that take months and it's very annoying to fix if the instance is stopped. Documents and blogs can help to find the solution. Since it's relatively new, sometimes if I'm stuck it can take time to find the solution or connect to their team.

Read full review Implementation Rating I had to migrate from
Robocorp to Power Automate. The automation was using API and sharepoint. So it was better to use Power Automate instead of
Robocorp so we did the migration. in some areas the migration was easy but creating flows and making it smaller codes was difficult. Debugging the code was tough so we took lots of time.
