Zimbra is great for an email system for a medium or large organization with appropriate IT staffing. The system is easy to use for end-users, and has a fantastic web interface. Unfortunately, it is overly complex, when considering staffing requirements and price, when compared with Office 365 or Google Apps for smaller organizations. For other education customers, it is hard to compete with Microsoft and Google providing their services for "Free" now though

Anyone who needs assistance with a work-related issue can take advantage of this service. Because of this, the entire company benefits from increased effectiveness, openness, and output in all areas. Sharing a computer's screen has been an enormous help. Stability issues increase when a major meeting occurs. Make sure you buy the paid version because you won't find a good free version.

• Embed meeting link feature- The feature is unique to Zoho Meeting and helps attach meeting link to website, thus anyone accessing [the] website can join the meeting with just one click of a button.
• Surveys and questions are prepared pretty seamlessly in Zoho Meeting as compared to other video conferencing applications.
• As mentioned earlier, webinar analytics i.e. the way all the questions and surveys data is presented in .csv file is very easy to understand and helps the team lead a lot in understanding and getting to know the team better.

• The password change is not activated when you access by IMAP, Pop3 or Exchange sync. You have to know that the password change is required and you must go to the website to do so.
• The management of mail rules should have more checking options.
• There should be more applications compatible with Zimbra, the ones that appear in the Zimlets.

Zoho Meeting is very easy to use and very effective collaborating tool. If I say about the usability, this application is highly usable because oaf it's cost effective nature, user friendly interface, empathetic customer services and amazing application features. Most importantly, it ensures data security for the company. Overall, the usability of the application is trustworthy.

Zoho Meeting's support team was always good their response time. Many of their customers come to them with a complete lack of knowledge and I think they're well aware of that. they were friendly and knowledgeable so it was always a good experience contacting them. but I think it's better if they can open a hotline for their paying customers

Overall, we were satisfied with the implementation. We perhaps should have spent more time consulting with Zimbra or others regarding best practices but as we got to know the system better we were able to make changes relatively easily after the fact.

• Since all of our ROI studies and strategies are performed at the corporate level, I'm really not sure what positive or negative impacts Zimbra has had on our overall business objectives. I can say that at least one positive impact it has on my business objectives, in the medical record department, is the ability to be as paperless as possible.
