It was good software but Zoho lacks advanced features. If I compare Zoho and Spiceworks, I would say Spiceworks keeps the more powerful and useful product.
Zoho was much simpler to use, but it had a lot less features. The Zoho community wasn't as robust for support. Zoho could categorize internal and external tickets. Spiceworks felt like it was all put into one group.
After trialing and using Zoho Desk, we decided to move onto another product. Zoho has many features that make it a great product, but ease and intuitiveness of use was lacking for us.
