Outside sales. Quosal makes paperwork easier to keep uniform and helps the automation all the way to order processing. If you use ConnectWise I recommend it.

Oracle CPQ is very well suited for mid to large companies who want to reduce the length of their sales cycle and time to quote. Additionally, we have used it with great success to help conversion on our website and improve the flow overall.

We have used it for over 10 years now and it works, keeps up to date and once in, I don't think we have changed much apart from cost and prices source Excel spreadsheet for a few years, so it has paid for itself many times over. We do still review it, but it works and it's stable!

NetSuite CRM+ is definitely meant for larger businesses and you will more than likely need to hire a third party to help you set up and maintain the solution throughout your continued use. It took our company almost a year to get things fully set up and working they way we needed.
