We are still a small company but we were even smaller when we started with Trinet. They were able to take 14 employees at the time and provide us with benefits equal to any large company. This is extremely helpful in recruitment of new employees.

We use Kronos Workforce Ready to maintain our HR records, process our leave of absences, pay our employees and maintain our timekeeping. It used by all employees of our organization. It helps our managers view their employees time and accrual balances.

We use TriNet for everything HR related in the USA from new hires to termination. We have already had the opportunity to use TriNet services for both. Their service allows me to concentrate on my responsibilities to grow the business and not be so involved in the daily HR tasks.

It is used to help onboard people in the company and spread knowledge. It is also used to collect data and store it, so it is reportable. We can send training and updates to people wherever they and even when they aren't in an office and only have a mobile phone.

Since it is cloud-based, it makes it easier for our customers to stay up to date with the latest versions without being negatively impacted by the updates. Workday's friendly UI also helps customers navigate and configure their system more easily.
