I used 1CRM mainly for client management post-sales. This is a very user-friendly product with the capability of order management which was very useful in the progression of the digital projects plus the reporting for the Sales team. The best part is that we can track the campaigns from lead prospecting to service tickets to completing and reporting for all projects.

I liked the fact that all the customer data was in one place with easy access. Instead of trying to hunt down specific data points, everyone on our team had access to the data. It was connected to a booking system that we used which was easy to enter orders and keep track of all opportunities.

I give this rating due to ease of usage, data retrieval (which is integral part of my position), reporting and retention of information. I love the fact that we can assign tasks across the team and set targets etc.
CRM had a better reporting platform so it was easy to pull post sales, revenue and budget reports. Also data retention is amazing and I love the fact that I can use tasks and other functions to keep organized.

There have been many instances that 1CRM has rectified and improved on, it has reduced lead time for the customer by reducing billing and budgeting cycle times, and this has by far been an excellent tool at automating several petty manual tasks so as to contribute to the improvement of sales productivity and marketing management as well as the customer experience. This has loads of excellent features that have made this very efficient in any small or medium organization. The cost of the product is by far the most value for money for any CRM out there.

Cons
  • Some random logouts but way less compared to others.
  • Becomes a little cluttered as it has all products, services and order management.
It is well suited for a small enterprise which is looking at budget as its main constraint, as this is literally the best priced model at $12 a month. Then again it provides much more than the basic CRM functionality, this also is good for any medium enterprises looking to work on its productivity in all the intertwined departments of sales, marketing, order management, project management, and finance.

We use it for managing our project and resources. We also used to track our deliveries to client and monitor the billing from the client. We use it only in our department to manage our needs easily. It also helps us to track our resources and their output. It's easy to use and configure as it's a cloud based system.

it is being used by most of the company's different departments. It actually helps us manage customer information, such as addresses, phone number, sales pipe line, forecasting etc.

Cons
  • Maybe a little bit more on the speed whenever you are transferring from 1 customer profile to another.
Basically its well suited in every aspect specially in my role as an account manager. I can simply store customer information that are critical to my line of work.

  • Made my work more efficient.
  • Customer data is centralized for the whole organization/company.
We previously had NetSuite for our account management system but we switch to 1CRM because it's much better and easier to use.
There are/is still room for improvement. But overall it delivers what is expected of it.
I've had some questions and difficulty especially in data reporting and lead tracking but was solved very efficiently.
