Perfect for our Global Organization!

Our organization uses 360Learning to align training across multiple departments in multiple countries. We build programs, training plans, and follow up within those paths to test user knowledge and review user engagement. Heads of other departments use the program to create tailored learning experiences through videos, worksheets, and engagement options to promote continuous learning. Our onboarding groups use it to stay on top of the required training needed once hired into the company.
  • Paths allow for seamless user integration.
  • Search function and filters make it easy to find programs.
  • Grouping parameters help tailor programming to different departments.
Cons
  • Greater flexibility with tools, like drag and drop for videos when building content would be helpful.
  • User filter and search options similar to excel without having to export data.
Not only is 360Learning a great tool for large organizations, the additional assistance and check-ins from our 360Learning partners help when we come across situations that may need a little more help. Hugo helped onboard with some integration and Andrea is consistently checking in, sharing perspective on providing business results, and following up if tickets are submitted for an issue. He helps simplify my experience a lot. Additionally, the platform works with our HRS for automatic uploads of new users into the platform. This is helpful when reducing the amount of time to onboard.

  • 360Learning gives our business the opportunity to "set it and forget it" with training materials and creates areas where managers can feel empowered to assign things for their teams.
We use Udemy for Business and 360Learning in tandem. They do not have the collaboration feature, which really gives 360Learning an advantage. However, not being able to track the status of external programs does make that a little tricky to control.

The 360Learning tool is used to create and conduct AI-based training activities for employees while onboarding as well as throughout the employees' tenure in the company. Some of the examples of the training that are conducted can be compliance training, customer training, employee training, and workforce development. It allows users to create a training module from nothing but a training document using Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
  • AI Based Training Creation
  • Training Activity Automation
  • Customer Onboarding
Cons
  • Transparent price quoting e.g on the website itself
  • Less complex workflow for creating trainings
  • Should provide Certification Management
360Learning is appropriate whenever you need to conduct new customer or employee onboarding. Its Artificial Intelligence-based content creator is good for creating training modules on the fly that too from a simple document. It does provide grading functionality so as to be useful to conduct training for employees throughout their tenure.

  • Flexibility and independence while creating training modules.

360Learning does allow more grading features than its counterparts. As well, it's available on multiple platforms such as desktop, mobile as well as browser. Moreover, it provides customized login functionality which makes it easy to add a new user. Features like these make 360Learning a good alternative to other learning and development management applications.
