We use 360Learning for 2-3 day blended learning certification programs. We provide this training globally in North America, EMEA and APAC. 360Learning allowed us to create professional, engaging courses in the platform as well as integrate our own Articulate courses. Our training is over a course of 2-3 days, participants take specific eLearning courses, then regroup in live training either via Zoom or in-person. The platform guides the participants via the programs we built. Each participant is required to pass an assessment at the end of the training.
  • Easily create own courses
  • launch and monitor learner assessment
  • quick response time (within 24 hours) when you ask questions on the platform
  • friendly professional staff
Cons
  • Sometimes the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like
  • Frequent updates that can impact the guidelines we establish for our internal employees
  • Catalog access for courses is linked to programs requiring participants to retake a program instead of just replaying a singular course. This is being addressed in a future update.
This is a great platform if you want your learners to engage with each other. It's also very simple to create content within the platform. If you want to be able to save the content you've created you cannot download it from the platform.

The 360Learning tool is used to create and conduct AI-based training activities for employees while onboarding as well as throughout the employees' tenure in the company. Some of the examples of the training that are conducted can be compliance training, customer training, employee training, and workforce development. It allows users to create a training module from nothing but a training document using Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
  • AI Based Training Creation
  • Training Activity Automation
  • Customer Onboarding
Cons
  • Transparent price quoting e.g on the website itself
  • Less complex workflow for creating trainings
  • Should provide Certification Management
360Learning is appropriate whenever you need to conduct new customer or employee onboarding. Its Artificial Intelligence-based content creator is good for creating training modules on the fly that too from a simple document. It does provide grading functionality so as to be useful to conduct training for employees throughout their tenure.

helped us concentrate all of our training materials, which improved the effectiveness and usability of our training program and allowed us to keep expanding training. Information sharing and cross-team cooperation, enabling a more cooperative training environmentbeing able to count how many people interacted with the training materials. 360Learning enables us to differentiate for various areas and their requirements while providing our team with high-quality training virtually.
  • Professional Development
  • Content Creation/ Content Management
  • User Friendly
Cons
  • Desktop Version should be better just as Smartphone's
  • Automation Attributes
  • Limitation of Data
I was introduced to this LMS a few years ago but started figuring it out last year, our users found the system and service to be very foreign. We found that the majority of our organization was logging in each month to learn something new thanks to 360Learning's platform, which offers such a terrific user experience and easy method to search and experience training

its dependability and ergonomics. When a learner is enrolled in a course, the platform is simple for them to use. Although administration is quite straightforward, the creation and management of courses depends on well defined roles. Compared to other LMS platforms, the training is engaging and entertaining. It is used by the majority of our company's departments, and everyone suggests it.

360Learning is our main learning platform for all technical training in all retail roles. There are some limitations to what you can do in regards to activities.
  • Increases collaboration between learners.
  • Mobile friendly.
  • Customer support.
Cons
  • Having an agent via telephone for support is easier when you have a quick question than creating a ticket and waiting a few days.
  • Having more options in terms of interactive activities.
When you have an issue that can affect your users and you are told that it will be fixed at the next update which could be a month later.

  • Creating the Path as when you modify a course is live.
  • Not being able to download your content if it is directly developed on the platform caused us issues as we had to copy-paste into a PowerPoint all content that a previous eLearning designer had developed.

There are so many different functionalities that even after 1 year I am still learning. It changes often as well which makes it a little more difficult to master.
