Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

8x8 is great

We have come to rely on 8x8 for a lot of our business. At this point starting over with a new system or provider would be a massive change. While we are a small company we could make that change, however, it would involve a good deal of time, research, and training. Baring any price increase in service we have no reason to look for a different provider. And if we did, they would have a high bar to meet.

All our employees love this product. No one has ever had an issue, whether it be the phone or fax. Great during the winter when employees have to work from home because of the snow. Never had an issue with the phone app. Highly recommend this product.

I have had nothing but great support from 8x8. Between their chatbot to the documentation
that they have available, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
The most important part of not moving any where else would be if we were to go remote. Everyone already has the app on their phone so going remote would be so easy.
