I couldn't be happier with their services. The phone service has consistently delivered excellent call quality. I am able to use my phone in various places by downloading their app. Their price plans are competitive and offer great value for the features provided. Whenever I have a question their customer support has been top notch & Stephenie Watson is super helpful. 8x8's app is user friendly and allows me to manage my account and accept calls. 8x8 provides me with training sessions and updates so I can utilize my services available. In conclusion I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in need of reliable and affordable phone services. Their dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation truly sets them apart.

The 8 x 8 Series is used as our phone product for the entire building. The product helps to address situations when an employee needs to work from a different location for example. The best thing about the product is it can be utilized from a cell phone or at any desktop location anywhere.

We use the 8x8 system as our main line for client calls and for internal office extensions. We use 8x8 on a daily basis with phones that we acquired through 8x8. The delivery of the hardware and install were very efficient. Only drawback to date is that the system either needs a direct ethernet connection or a very strong Wifi connection (with adapters) which we did not confirm adequately before installation.

8X8 has been highly functional for our Outreach Sales Purposes. It provides Seamless Integration with our in-house developed CRM. Its functionality is varied and expansive and really meets the demands or our requirements overall. It has been perfectly suited for us.

We use 8x8 X Series for our phone tree system. We needed an update to our system and this provided such. We are now able to use the system virtually which solved our issue of employees who work remote or in different countries being able to use our phone system. We have also been able to eliminate physical phones and have a cost savings. The meetings platform is used for our virtual meetings with clients also letting us cancel our subscription to zoom.

We use 8x8 X Series as our VOIP phone system for our office and in connection with our personal mobile phones through its app. We use its features for phone calls, voicemails, and auto-attendant backup when our secretary is unavailable. These features are sufficient for our purposes to keep us in contact with our clients. We have used its text features and video conference features as well, but only in limited amounts given availability of other third party software that we also use.

For my profession it is all about communication and 8x8 allows to me to connect with my clients to make sure I take care of the services that each customer has entrusted in me to carry out for them. The only way to complete this is by communication on all all ends and 8x8 allows me the resources to do this.

We use the 8x8 X series for phone services, as well as Video calls, meetings, and chat. We would like to expand it's use to take over for our previous Virtual meeting provider as well, since we find it very easy to use and we all are already subscribed to the 8x8 X series, however I recently found out that as users out of Canada we currently have certain limitations and were not able to completely move to 8x8 X series. This being said, I know the product continues improving, and I am looking forward to the future where it will have all the features we require.

8x8 has become our global SaaS telephony solution, offering both a traditional 'BackOffice' telephony environment, combined with a full UCaaS solution, which support all of our global contact centres. The biggest challenge 7yrs ago, was do we reinvest in our current solution, potentially not getting any hosted-elements and maybe limiting our scalabiltiy, or can we leverage an up and coming SaaS platform, which will allow us to manage growth, introduce modernized solutions, improve contact centre experince for clients and agent, reduce boundaries for voice-requirements, whilst remaining within budgtary controls.

Our team all currently work from home offices and use 8x8 via our cells for work calls. I did download the app on my laptop as well. It works fine on the laptop but it cuts out sporadically. On my cellphone, I don't have any issues at all. I call customers daily and exclusively use the 8x8 app. This allows me to answer customer calls anywhere at home without revealing my personal cellphone number.

We use 8X8 for office line and are able to quickly manage and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Call quality is great based on our internet and location. While in the field it is easy to navigate and transfer calls to our office and other field personnel the record call function helps tremendously..

8x8 address the problem we have at work where we were unable to take our desk phones home without a site to site link to our home router. With 8x8 we are able to pick up our phone and take this anywhere to work from whether its home or at a different desk in the office for a change of scenery, its great.

We replaced out analog phone lines and phone system with 8x8 VOIP and saved a considerable amount of money. I do consulting any my largest user is a grocery store with 30+ phones in several locations. The features are amazing and customized per user or department - many options. We chose the Polycom phone that have amazing sound quality. The only drawback with Polycom phones (and maybe others) is that in certain areas you can't hear the phone ring.

8x8 has been instrumental in improving communication within our organization. The chat “rooms” feature has been fantastic for project management. It has also given our employees more flexibility with remote work. The feature of switching between devices is seamless and easy. The analytics are clear and navigating them is simple. Your own meeting link can remain the same so it’s easy to remember and no tedious meeting passcodes to enter. Great collaboration system!

8x8 makes it difficult for us move between different computers, locations as well as different accounts, especially when integrated with Hubspot and Google Ads. It doesn't report the calls from Google Ads as a source and sometimes, reports the calls twice when parked, transferred, etc.

Users in different locations, this allows us one system accounts etc with different numbers that can link between offices 40 miles apart from each other. To keep admin costs down we and need the ability to take the number out of the office. The system allows me to operate anywhere from my mobile. When initially ordering I had reservations over whether or not the call quality would be sufficient. In the last 4 years the call quality has always been excellent. Support was great when starting up, but never needed it since as I never have any issues.

Great program that can be used on both my cell phone and company computer/tablet. Ease of use and ability to message contacts quickly while having the easiest support staff we work with. Any issue is resolved quickly and 8x8 checks in periodically to ensure that the issue was resolved and has not returned.

Our company uses 8x8 to streamline all incoming correspondence whether it be for phone calls during open and closed hours, faxes and we use the 8x8 meeting feature for video calls for emergencies for patients. We used an answering service before transitioning to VOIP and the disconnect in communication between the answering service and office staff was a consistent issue that we ran into. Now that we have cut out the middle man, 8x8 takes care of all our incoming correspondence especially for afterhours. We also were able to downsize in the programs apps that we were using beforehand such as for video consults since we now use 8x8 meetings.

We use 8x8 with our VOIP phone system. It makes our desk phone accessible via our cell phones anywhere in the building, as well as out of the building. We can send text messages, voice mail, actual voice calls. Truly expands the capabilities of continuing to work and not miss important calls or messages when away from my desk.

The 8x8 product helps us provide businesses with flexibility with the ever evolving working world. One of the main drivers behind the push for 8x8 is enabling users to work from remotely. So much of old phone systems are archaic in there design, with remote support non existent. However, with 8x8 you are able to provide users with stress free access to the company phone system.

Moving from older and alternative VOIP systems and legacy on-premises systems to 8x8 X Series solutions is easy and well supported. Customers are pleased with the improvements, fast performance and lower costs that come with the solution.
