Great product for a corporate environment
- Makes it easy to update users information.
- Simplifies management of Phone Numbers to.
- Manages licenses for phone VoIP equipment.
- Keep track of users that are no longer in the organization and when they are replaced.

Overall a good service if you know what you need
- Support was great, when we had issues.
- Placing calls in Parks.
- Voicemail
- User Interface could be more intuitive.
- It would be nice to have easier options for when and which phones (cell/office) ring, including for when a person steps out of the office (having a toggle for other phones to ring right away).
- While I had success with Support because I was able to explain and stay patient, my colleague did not find it easy to talk to support at all and having a team on 8x8 that can set up what we need is very important to us.
- More options for cell phone vs desk phone, including being able to turn off cellphone notifications for calls when sitting in the office.

- 8x8's account setup is very simple and hassle free.
- 8x8's inherent portability as a soft-phone makes it very convenient for the employees such as Regional Sales managers who work across the country to get up and running with a dedicate work line.
- 8x8's offering SSO, allows for one less credential for our end-users to keep track of.
- I'd like to see the ability to record voicemail greetings within the app.

- Seamless communication across devices.

- Quality of calls has been excellent.
- Implementation of the system was straightforward and help was available if needed.
- The backend interface could use updating. It can be clunky to use.
- We had a billing issue recently that was caused by a system change that was a little frustrating to deal with.
- The Mac app could be re-designed to be a bit easier to use.

- The app connecting to the cell phone is very useful
- The text feature is something that is used often
- They make it easy to manage the call flows in the admin portal
- It could be nice to have a secondary call flow so that I could test things out without having to make actual changes to the way the calls are already handled.

- Tech support, tier one is a little lacking
- Caller ID issue. If you delete a call group or an AA that has the main number as the programmed number and that is the user's caller ID number, the caller ID under the user settings gets erased.
- Cannot forward call recordings from the portal. You need to download it and then forward via email.
