I have had ample amount of help through sales and implementation to answer any questions I may have. I like being able to communicate via email and also enjoyed the over the phone implementation.

It depends if your business has a lot of Chromebooks. If you do, you will need more support. Worked great on my android and on PCs, but Chromebooks took more configuring to set up. If you are a company that uses Chromebooks, you just need to know it will take longer to set up than you might imagine.

Customer support is good, and can usually correct any problems on the first try. The only criticism I have is that the web-based ticketing system sometimes does not update properly when trying to update tickets. Representatives are knowledgeable and can connect remotely to help with any setup issues. Phone, email, and chat support are all available.

From the time I began looking for a VOIP system, through signing up, onboarding, training, and the after-sales support, they were on point all the time. They are easy to talk to and I love how flexible they are with their pricing. Carlo, who closed the deal with our company, did everything he could to make sure we got what we needed and we appreciate that.

Every time I call and have a question, the people at 8x8 are the best, especially Yosemite Bent. He is able to setup screen shares with different departments, he is very knowledgeable about the system, and can answer most of my questions himself. I have had a hard time getting the dialer to work but I just don’t think I need it.

Other than an unexpected (and unlikely) problem that arose during the deployment process any issues I've had with the service have been handled quickly and satisfactorily. The customer support with 8x8 has been immensely better than the service I was receiving through my previous provider.

They're very responsive. As I mentioned before, they have a lot of features and sometimes the support doesn't have a quick, clear answer for your question, but they do always respond and will get back to you with an answer. Sometimes it takes a little back and forth to get to the actual crux of the request.

The support has been excellent overall. Our account manager is responsive and ensures any questions or issues are resolved quickly. The call center for support has room for improvement but still is rather good.

From day one, they are available and helpful. I had virtually nothing to do for setup except to verify that it was working, both on laptop and my mobile. And converting my phone to retain my old phone number was seamless and no work at all for me. great job with no hassle.

8x8's tech support is just really not that good. Besides the language barrier (which is worse on some calls than on others), the tech support representatives don't really seem to care about the problem. Once, 8x8 released our main telephone number into the pool, meaning we came to work one day and no one could call our number, and anyone could've grabbed our number for their own business. I was on the phone with tech support, and they honestly acted like they didn't really care about the problem (which, thankfully, was finally resolved after a bunch of missed calls).

8x8 has given us the essentials in being a to perform basic business practices. Not only does it help with improving communication within the office, it also helps clients when their calls are directed to the respective department.
