a3EqUIPO is being used to manage all the Human Resource data in the organization. a3EQUIPO is very helpful & well suited for recruitment and processing the data of the potential employees of the company. It's not just a software but an entire Human Resource Management System that takes care of all the Human Resources requirements in just clicks. Our main scope is to use the system for streamlining our hiring process and makes it process oriented which has resulted in increased productivity.

Cons
  • Its interface is bit complex at times, may take some time to get used to.
  • It is still in beta version so may take time to finalize all features.
It is an HRMS software that is best suited for organizations on light budget and looking for a system that all the basic features that an HRMS should have. If you are looking for a system which is very advanced and is customizable to your requirements then a3EQUIPO might not be the best option.

  • It has increased our production.
  • It has reduced our day to day HR management running cost.
  • It is very budget friendly.
Pricing was the main reason we went for a3EQUIPO. As our requirements was for basic functionality only which is why we chose it. It also requires a very small team to manage the entire Human Resources Department which was also a concern for us. a3EQUIPO has not disappointed. It is as robust as a modern day HRMS should be.

a3EQUIPO is a revolution in our company. Before that we had to do all the work manually like onboarding, offboarding, generating leaves, adjustments, etc. Now with a3, everything is done [by the] simplest process. We use it for almost every process. It increases our staff's efficiency and also helps us to do more in less time and with minimal resources.
  • It’s perfact in attendance management system.
  • It’s one of the most favourite feature is the way of calculating salaries
  • It’s good in its team managemt section
Cons
  • It’s interface is bit tricky. It seems difficult but eventually get used to it.
  • In its beta version it got some at some modules but now it’s working perfact.
I would recommend it to my colleagues because it makes their lives a lot easier. It’s not just software it’s an opportunity to show your potential to your company and to your management. Since the day I started, it helps me a lot in doing multiple tasks in just a few clicks
