The training with Laura was amazing. She had answered all our questions and customized the training to our needs that we are working with and trying to address using MIP accounting. The only thing I wish that could come out of the trainings was to have permanent access to the recordings of our paid trainings we received. They recordings of the training only last for a short time before it goes away which makes it hard to go back and re-watch and learn.

The online training is not quite as comprehensive as in-person but thorough. It would probably be good to make it on demand and incorporate remote access by the instructor so errors could be corrected and guided exercises provided. Abila needs to offer exposure to how to manipulate the SQL database and generate queries, possibly how to do mass updating of vendor files, etc.

Very little organization to the training received by official MIP training partners. Informal structure and scheduling, no outlines or agendas, more focused on getting hours counted towards invoice and band-aiding issues instead of teaching customers how to use the system properly.

Denise O'Malley provided training for the HR module when we added it to our system. Denise also gave us a demo of the EWS module which we were able to see that it would not meet our needs. She was very kind about and understanding regarding the functions we needed with a time clock system.
