My job requires multiple reports to be generated for various audiences. Those reports often need input from a multitude of sources, not all of which are formatted exactly as the final report requires. If all the documents were Word documents, copying and pasting would be simple; however, oftentimes certain data sources are in PDF format. Able2Extract Professional allows me to convert PDFs to other file types, including Word documents that then allow me to select text, edit text, and reformat the information as necessary. It is a vital tool in the information consolidation my organization does on a daily basis.
