- We recently upgraded and found some options in the desktop client to be valuable.

Best reservation software I have ever worked with!
- For video conferences, it has made my job easier to book large reservations.
- To copy bookings or reservations makes us be more efficient, especially when extremely busy.
- I find we have mixed reviews from assistants using the software. If they don't consistently use it they have problems. I am a Super User.
Accruent EMS Software: A flexible room tracking software, but not an 'out of the box' solution
- We've been able to keep excellent track of room and equipment reservations.
- It has been difficult to retain the knowledge needed to correctly maintain the system, due to back end complexity.
Very customizable and flexible to your needs
- It has made it easier for individual offices to manage their conference rooms. Fewer hours spent on last-minute changes. Everyone gets notified.
- It has made it easier to connect all our offices to one system (common language, common experience. If the booking is not in EMS, it doesn't get all the services. So everyone uses it.
- Replacing the manual reports with automated ones has been the biggest time saver for us.

EMS Software: A great option for your team.
- There seems to be a positive impact on our ROI. Our team is able to enter information quickly into the system, allowing our team to function very efficiently and focus more on our client than with entering information into a system.
- 40% of my day was spent maintaining the old program...that EMS replaced. I spend almost no time maintaining EMS.
- Multi-day reservations: I've had a tough time getting staff to understand not to create a reservation from 12 am to 12 am...because of the auto-setup/breakdown time the system adds. It confuses the system once that auto time is added and a multi-day reservation starts at 11:30 pm the day before and ends at 12:30 am the day after.
- Multi-day: A user can't say it begins on Aug 1 and ends on Aug 5...through the web version. They create it for one day and then use 'recurrence', which took our staff some time to figure out. It then allows you to open and edit each day individually though.
EMS is straight forward software for conference room scheduling
- The software is easy to manage. The administrator can control what access each user has. They can make some users power users who can use the client software versus using a web browser.
