  • It had been a positive impact as of the date of 2011 when we purchased EMS Campus, it allowed for more transparency on what spaces were in use and events that were taking place.
  • Negative impact when we went to the cloud, more problems with web app users and the autosyncing.

  • Hoenstly I think it is the best product out there that I have found. A little clunky but suits our needs and has decent reports. It is more expensive than I imagined but we would prefer to use more of it like I said previously, in order to get a better return we need more hands-on training. The clinic which we paid extra for this morning was disappointing at showing us how to use the optimizer effectively. Talked too much and didn’t give a good overview so now we are left to figure it out on our own and decide if it is worth the money to use. We don’t get IT support on our campus so this would factor in whether or not we are getting a good ROI.

  • EMS greatly improved the functionality of our reservation system. The software used prior to EMS was exceedingly poor. While EMS still has its quirks, it was light years beyond what had been used previously.
