The Widen DAM system helped us evaluate all of our marketing resources to discover duplicates and outdated resources. It was easy to search through our assets and to share assets, especially in our email communications. That was one of our favorite features.

The platform has offered us a seamless solution for publishing, sharing, viewing, and downloading assets on demand, with effortless retrieval. Its integration into our tech ecosystem has been smooth, enhancing operational efficiency. We've gone further by redefining its look and feel to ensure a brand-consistent experience, aligning the platform's aesthetics with our overall visual identity. This reinforces our brand presence and contributes to a cohesive and user-friendly interaction with the assets housed within the system.

We have dedicated user roles for our different teams (Marketing, sales, web) to be able to control which assets should be accessible and appear for each business unit. We utilize embedded content and collections on our website to be able to continuously update content without having to leverage our website team and update through our CMS.

Acquia DAM's centralized DAM system has helped our business repurpose our brand-approved content across sales and marketing channels by 1) allowing all content to be stored in one place, 2) publishing the content in the right size and format, and 3) providing the freedom and flexibility to create high-quality digital experiences.

We have integrated Widen with several platforms we use. All of our marketing sheets and reference materials are saved within the DAM. We have embedded the links for these assets on our internal intranet and print-on-demand marketing portal, and our external websites, so that when these sheets are updated in Widen, the change is reflected everywhere the links are placed. This eliminates the need to update PDF manually in separate locations. Another example is that instead of emailing multiple assets and large files to employees or external agencies (we may result in multiple emails) upon request, we can just share the links for these assets.

I would start with SSO integration. User management, roles, permissions are really granular and supports large organisations and big teams. It satisfies the centralized DAM definition as now as we are onboarding all the teams on the platform, branding has become uniform. Inter-team coordination has increased and redundancy has gone down. Governance challenges are addressed in a better way.

The DAM has been a great tool for us to be able to organize and share our assets. I love the portal tool where we can create portals for each of our brands and that can be tailored to brand specs. We can share assets that way, by collections, or with individual users.

By hosting only pre-approved content on our DAM, it guarantees that our sales and marketing teams are only using brand-approved content for all of their projects. Whether that is providing clients with approved sell sheets, or making sure our designers have access to the right imagery, and making it easy to find assets for our internal team.

The embed codes functionality was the first and strongest feature of Acquia DAM that we utilized to publish brand-approved content. With the ability to configure images to meet market standards, we can ingest images easily into our PIM and syndicate them across a variety of retailers and platforms. Through the API we were able to integrate the two systems and no longer need to manually retrieve the embed code.

It help our business have the right amount of business integration where all our users around the globe are able to access the assets in the DAM system. Having different ways to share the assets via collection share pages and email is a big boost on sharing our data with the clients who needs them.

We have consistently been able to repurpose content with the Collections features. As a marketing specialist, I'm regularly searching for images that I can use for advertisements and website use, regardless of photo age.

Using the Portals tool, we are able to easily curate and monitor use of brand assets that are accessible by our sales teams, other departments, or our dealers. This has been the most useful tool that the DAM has to offer for us and it makes the platform very flexible in application.
