Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud unifies backup, anti-malware, antivirus and endpoint management capabilities (such as vulnerability assessments, patch management, remote access and monitoring, etc.) in one integrated solution designed for service providers. All infrastructure is managed through a single console and only one agent on an endpoint to take advantage of all capabilities. The integration enables service providers to reduce complexity and make security a key part of their offering, while it helps to increase SLAs, decrease churn, and generate more recurring revenue. The solution features a set of cyber protection capabilities included at no cost or on a pay-as-you-go basis. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud aims to enable service providers to enhance their services with no upfront expense.

Acronis have become our preferred cyber security partner over the past 2 years by providing a well-integrated collection of products that focus on what's important to us as an MSP and our customer. Prior to using Acronis, we had a multitude of vendors offering their own solutions for backup/DR/security, and this inflated our time spent on checking the respective platforms, increased our onboarding time for new staff due to training requirements, and without integration left potential gaps in the security posture for our clients. With the single pane of glass that Acronis brings, we can be sure that we're on top of our customer's protection needs.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
At Real Solutions Haarlem we provide our customers with storage, network, surveillance and back-up solutions. Our customers and partners, who are distributors, resellers, system integrators, MSP's and SMB organizations, require up-to-date back-up and recovery support and we see the increasing demand for security features. With Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud we can offer all that, from one user friendly parter portal. At our office we use it as additional back-up for our workstations and server. We trust the team of Acronis, both at HQ and the local memeber, with whom we are in close contact. Acronis is always here to support us with questions and besides that, their training and certifcation program is really helpful. So for Data Back-up & Recovery we always advice to start using Acronis right away. We are still learning more abput all the security feautres and soon we'll be executing more knowledge about that to our customer base.

Overall we are happy with what Acronis is offering us, both as a use and a Value Add Resellers. The fact that there is one portal to onboard customers and select services is exactly what we were looking for. Now we are working on the Multi Tenant version, so we can also White Label Acronis towards our customerbase. We have not yet found any scenario's where Acronis can not offer any benefits. We do hear that the pricing for the storage is often to high versus competition. This applies to the Acronis data center storage, yet also the structure of Workload/per TB combination towards other Cloud vendors. (mainly the 3 largest Hyper Scalers) Compared to other Cloud storage solutions, these cost should be lower, so it will be easier to explain to customers to come and join Acronis in the cloud, instead of doing local back-ups or use solutions like DropBox, BackBlaze, PureStorage, Wasabo Hot Cloud Storage, Cloudian and more.

I have used Acronis products for my company and my clients for more than ten years and trust Acronis implicitly. When they shared that they were releasing a new cloud product I had my doubts, but it has met and exceeded my expectations. I now have my company and every single one of my clients utilizing their local and cloud backup solutions. For a fixed monthly cost I can backup my clients' full servers and computers with a secure and unhackable onsite encrypted local storage solution. We can then also backup a portion of that data to the cloud. This has given me something that I haven't had in a few years - peace of mind that my backups and my client's backups are all safe and secure and available when needed. One of my new clients had all of their servers and computers locked up by ransomware because their previous company didn't have a localized backup solution like this in place. All of their backups were deleted and computers and servers encrypted by ransomware, which never would have happened if the Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud] solution was in place.

Home users, business users, every user should be using this solution! It's simple, reliable, easy to use, and affordable. As a reseller, it's what I recommend to my clients, and it's what we use for our needs as well. It's scalable and a complete backup solution for every need we have come across. One particularly hard area has been laptops. Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud] is intelligent and knows when a laptop is brought onto the corporate network and will perform a local backup at that time and won't try to when it isn't on that network. When off the corporate network, it will only back up the files to the cloud that we have selected to backup. If you're using DropBox, forget about it and start using the Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud] storage solution. You can share your files among different users with safe and secure backups!

I am the service manager of a fairly large MSP. We migrated all of our clients to Acronis Backups and have been very satisfied with the results. The ease of installation, ease of restoration, ease of billing has made the switch to Acronis easy for our company as well as for our clients.
