Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud unifies backup, anti-malware, antivirus and endpoint management capabilities (such as vulnerability assessments, patch management, remote access and monitoring, etc.) in one integrated solution designed for service providers. All infrastructure is managed through a single console and only one agent on an endpoint to take advantage of all capabilities. The integration enables service providers to reduce complexity and make security a key part of their offering, while it helps to increase SLAs, decrease churn, and generate more recurring revenue. The solution features a set of cyber protection capabilities included at no cost or on a pay-as-you-go basis. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud aims to enable service providers to enhance their services with no upfront expense.

Acronis have become our preferred cyber security partner over the past 2 years by providing a well-integrated collection of products that focus on what's important to us as an MSP and our customer. Prior to using Acronis, we had a multitude of vendors offering their own solutions for backup/DR/security, and this inflated our time spent on checking the respective platforms, increased our onboarding time for new staff due to training requirements, and without integration left potential gaps in the security posture for our clients. With the single pane of glass that Acronis brings, we can be sure that we're on top of our customer's protection needs.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud allows us to deliver an all-in-one solution to the SMB marketplace, focused on preventing bad things from happening. Even if they do, the offsite and offline backups help us get our customers back online quickly and with minimal disruption, making a security incident an inconvenience or annoyance, not a catastrophe! Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is great to work with, the agents don't impact user performance, support is excellent, all in all a great experience, would highly recommend it to other MSPs and MSSPs looking for a best-in-class solution to support their clients.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
At Real Solutions Haarlem we provide our customers with storage, network, surveillance and back-up solutions. Our customers and partners, who are distributors, resellers, system integrators, MSP's and SMB organizations, require up-to-date back-up and recovery support and we see the increasing demand for security features. With Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud we can offer all that, from one user friendly parter portal. At our office we use it as additional back-up for our workstations and server. We trust the team of Acronis, both at HQ and the local memeber, with whom we are in close contact. Acronis is always here to support us with questions and besides that, their training and certifcation program is really helpful. So for Data Back-up & Recovery we always advice to start using Acronis right away. We are still learning more abput all the security feautres and soon we'll be executing more knowledge about that to our customer base.

Overall we are happy with what Acronis is offering us, both as a use and a Value Add Resellers. The fact that there is one portal to onboard customers and select services is exactly what we were looking for. Now we are working on the Multi Tenant version, so we can also White Label Acronis towards our customerbase. We have not yet found any scenario's where Acronis can not offer any benefits. We do hear that the pricing for the storage is often to high versus competition. This applies to the Acronis data center storage, yet also the structure of Workload/per TB combination towards other Cloud vendors. (mainly the 3 largest Hyper Scalers) Compared to other Cloud storage solutions, these cost should be lower, so it will be easier to explain to customers to come and join Acronis in the cloud, instead of doing local back-ups or use solutions like DropBox, BackBlaze, PureStorage, Wasabo Hot Cloud Storage, Cloudian and more.

  • We have been able to further develop our customerbase and and more MSP as our partners
  • Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
  • It is time consuming to implement Acronis into our system and train our employees. With this there is also cost involved, but we believe in the long-term investements we make here.

We have been looking for solid and decent software that can give us confidence and reliability. We have found this in Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud]. Since we have implemented this, we have more than 150TB of data protected in Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud], and I can honestly say that I can sleep in peace at night.

  • Integrate with our ConnectWise Manage, and ConnectWise Automate systems seamlessly
  • Single Pane view across all of our backups for all customers
  • Easy managed and implementation are seamless
  • I can protect all platforms that we support

  • I can honestly say that I cannot offhand think of anything. As Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud] has really got all areas and aspects covered, and well developed. The only one thing I would honestly like to see Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud] does, is Hyper-V replication.

  • I am currently waiting for the Acronis Data Center to be opened in SA, then we will start rolling out DRaaS using Acronis [Cyber Protect Cloud] as well.
