  • Keeping track of our leads -- it's infinitely more efficient when combined with SF vs. our old system. But you could do it still w/o SF.
  • ROI is very hard to measure, but because a lot of the benefit of Act-On is in the time it saves us -- which is worth a lot
  • I haven't taken advantage of all that Act-On has to offer, and as I do I think the ROI will keep improving. If I didn't feel it was worth it I would not stay on board as a client.

  • Webinars using Act-On have increased MQL to SQL dramatically - Enwisen/Infor ran, at its peak, two webinars in a month alongside a weekly 'educational' series. We found this to be very helpful in engaging existing and new leads. Webinar set up too place in one tab very very little frustrations having to toggle between WebEx.

  • It is too early for us to measure the impact on the length of the sales cycle, but I have no doubt that our company is in a better position to be on the top of the minds of our target market when they go to make a purchase decision. We will be able to do a better job of keeping all key personas engaged during the sales cycle, reducing the risk of losing deals where our prospect has employee turnover or when we aren't 100% right about who the true decision-makers are.
  • We can deliver prospecting emails in seconds, that would have taken sales executives days to complete.
  • We now know which prospects are likely in a purchase decision and can focus our sales executives' time on those accounts, while drip campaigns handle the rest.
