  • The sales users are beginning to use Act-On in their day-to-day communication with clients, which allows them to track communication and report on the effectiveness, helping them see what kinds of communication work best to bring conversion.

  • Increased Employee Efficiency....let marketing prioritize and make sales reps know which ones to call first, which ones are interested again. I like the sales reps to spend more time on the "Good leads".

  • We are seeing a better customer experience in our campaigns with Act-On's ability to A/B test, segment lists, and continually keep lists clean.
  • Nurture campaigns have provided us with solid leads for sales to develop towards purchase opportunities. Our sales cycle tends to be a bit long due to the nature of our solutions, but these campaigns get the leads ready for a deeper dialog with our sales team which can significantly reduce that cycle time.
  • The ability to send Act-On emails from within a Salesforce record not only reduces the time to develop a crafted message but it then is trackable back through Act-On showing resulting ROI from those emails.

  • We ran our Black Friday campaign to our current clients and netted more than $30,000 off the campaign alone, and with each month that passes we net more than $5,000 on a recurring offer related to that campaign. Had it not been for Act-On we would have not had the bandwidth to manage the campaign.

  • Increased employee efficiency. No longer are so many activities manual. Building landing pages and emails in a day vs outsourcing it and have it in 2-3 days.
  • Control company brand. With templates and a branding section in play, it's harder to be inconsistent in look and feel.
  • Track campaigns and advertising activities. I can't tell you how many AHA moments I had with Act-On just by tracking everything through the system. I learned which vendors yielded better results.
