As a small MSP servicing SMEs in today’s competitive and restrictive economic environment, Action1 really help us to reduce overheads and save time – plus it enables us to provide a better service to our clients. We can set various alerts to be sent via email and schedule reports. Managing Windows updates is simple and intuitive.

We were able to push out the Action1 Agent Utilizing the Action1 endpoint discovery agent in a matter of minutes and I cannot say a bad thing about the platform.

We use Action1 for Patch Management and Remote Access. The Remote Access has been very helpful during the past year, allowing me to frequently solve problems remote workers have had with their laptops and software without requiring them to come into the office.

We are providing IT services to small organizations and were looking at a solution to manage our clients endpoints in a more central way and provide us the ability to monitor software patching as well and deploy apps easily across multiple systems remotely. Our agency was looking at Action1 Cloud Remote Monitoring and Management Solution for cloud-based management and software deployment. We had over 400 laptops deployed when COVID-19 hit but no way to manage them outside of them being connected to out VPN.
