It took 38 emails over 2 weeks to resolve an unauthorized charge of over $600 on my card on file. I was initially told they would not give a refund. In my experience, I was then threatened with the removal of access to all my data on their CRM if I did not pay them within a certain time frame after they refunded the unauthorized charge. This was all in June. As of yesterday (it's October now) I signed on and client data, legal contracts attached to clients, has disappeared. The first customer service person I spoke with couldn't understand and kept asking me about importing contacts. When I asked to speak with someone else they said this was not possible. I waited a day, and as of today the response they gave me was no apology for this critical data lost, not even the acknowledgment of it, and they simply said my plan doesn't have that feature to attach files to clients. So why have I had access to that feature for two years and then suddenly it changes, when my plan is in effect until 2024? In my opinion, horrible customer service.

Wait time is too long, and sometimes takes more than one person and/or more than one request for help. Issues are not resolved quickly. When I get a human to help me, they do a great job. The issue is getting to that point.

Of all of the companies I work with to run my organization, ActiveCampaign has the best customer service. They are engaged, knowledgable, and dedicated. I always learn something that improves my business in the live calls. I feel that they are dedicated to helping my business grow and thrive.

Great support. They did a series of onboarding calls, sent me extensive help content, videos, tutorials, examples, best practices. When I had some issues, the email support answered very quickly. I am deeply satisfied with their support

Answers are good and fast. It's usually really helpful if you write them directly. I hope they start to have the webinars again--they were great. And they also had really good workshops.

Their new new bot is not so good; you can hardly find a good answer to your question. I ignore it and go directly to the help side.

I have never needed to reach out to support for ActiveCampaign, so I cannot rate their direct support. What I can speak to is their indirect support. I haven't had to call because their online support resources have answered my questions every time. I like that, after years of working with them, the system has been reliable for me.

All the processes in Active Campaign are so intuitive that I didn't need to ask for assistance at the moment, so I give a very good grade, "what is well done reduces the need to ask for assistance" seems to be the motto of Active Campaign.

The support is always relatively quick, though the response time could certainly be improved. Expect a response time of around 10-20 minutes. This can also be a bit frustrating when they close a ticket after you've waited in queue for a long time, simply because you missed the agent's response. Additionally, the support team seems to have relatively limited knowledge and problem solving capabilities. The account reps are much more knowledgable and helpful.
