I have been using ActiveCampaign for several years as my primary lead and client communication tool (other than Outlook). It has scaled with my business and is great for integrating with other client fulfillment tools I use. One of my deliverables needs to be segmented dozens of ways for top-end client fulfillment and this is easily achievable with ActiveCampaign.
  • Goals within automations simplifies the funnel
  • As a solopreneur who is not technically inclined, I love their direct support
  • I've been able to take full advantage of their ongoing learning webinars
  • As someone who can be easily put off by tech problems, ActiveCampaign can appear more daunting than it really is.
  • Their last interface changed my UX and I found that confusing. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
I have always recommended ActiveCampaign, to peers and my clients. I'm particularly pleased with the visual UX for building the automation.

For Marketing Automations, Database segmentation, integration with our current CRM (we do not use the CRM or pipeline functions in Active Campaign)
  • Automations are logical, easy to understand, and build
  • Tagging is very easy
  • Importing data and data clean up is simple
  • Segmentation is not easy to work with
  • Reports are too basic, not easy to craft meaningful reports
  • Campaigns (basically emails) need expanded functionality, or just remove them and force them to be used in automations (even if just simple)
  • Your new interface for email templates is clunky, and does not accommodate migration from older templates that have been crafted
  • Your knowledge center is difficult to navigate and often hard to work with (separate platform with login). Consider a portal format as an upgrade path
Less: When legacy CRMs are in place with the org, your API's are less than robust, and Zapier is complicated to use as an alternative. More: Easy to train, visual learning solid, works for scaling operations.

I run a small business and started using ActiveCampaign to automate email generation to potential leads. We generate a lot of organic traffic due to high quality content and are able to collect a good list of subscribers but have limited man power to reach out to people directly and benefit from email workflows.
  • Searchable table of contacts
  • Email campaign templates
  • Decent email workflows
  • In my opinion, Terrible UX for accessing contacts, no navigation buttons, users have to click the back button and then click on the next contact.
  • In my experience, VERY SLOW - the system is very slow to load data which frustrates the UX and makes it frustrating to access contact data quickly
  • In my opinion, Fragile design - it is very easy to break automations, but ActiveCampaign insists on this design (more to say later)
ActiveCampaign has some features which put it above some CRM tools (like Insightly, ActiveCampaign for 6 months). I think the basic setup is easy to do, but a lot of work needs to be invested in automations. They offer landing pages for my website to access locked content and it works well with Zapier. In my opinion, for these reasons, ActiveCampaign does ok. I can no longer recommend ActiveCampaign because of the, in my opinion, fragile design of the system which caused my company to lose $10,000's in potential revenue due to a weak design of their automations. I created an online form, which website visiters can fill out to get more information (or a trial) from our company. This is a major source of high quality customer leads. In my experience, by simply making a slight change of wording to a form option and capitalizing a word in the form, the entire automation broke, which we did not realize for 6+ months. Companies had been requesting information from us and we were never notified because of the broken automation. In my opinion, this alone should cause companies to steer clear of ActiveCampaign. We are now planning to switch off the platform to something more robust.

I use a single ActiveCampaign account to email to segmented groups across several interrelated websites by using tags and other segmenting options. We email to deliver product access links to clients, and stay in touch regularly with clients, customers, and followers.
  • Because of excellent tagging and segmenting options I can use a single account for mailing subscribers who signed up from my 2 websites
  • It makes it easy to see what list, tags, and automations each subscriber has
  • There are a many options to choose from when building out automations
  • My number one complaint is the way an account can be frozen if you unexpectedly reach your subscriber limit. There should be at least a feature that alerts you when a limit has been reached with an timeframe allowed to scrub your list or upgrade without losing service access.
  • Some options are difficult to find on the site
  • The newest pricing structure is difficult to understand
If you are growing a solopreneur or small business but want many features like tagging, segmenting, and automations I highly recommend ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign also makes it easy to use a single account to manage subscribers from more than one website.

I use ActiveCampaign in my coaching and speaking business to automate my marketing flows when new leads enter my newsletter / system as a lead. I also send monthly newsletter to my audience -- inspirational materials, learnings, updates and more. It's a robust system and I love all the training materials offered, templates, ability to track and tag leads so I can segment folks and track leads and more!
  • Automation features that systematize when leads enter my flows
  • Templates in campaigns that make it easy to send templatized monthly newsletters
  • Integration with other tools / apps
  • Very expensive for small businesses
  • Took out a lot of useful tools in the lower tiers (used to be available and they just removed it without notification!)
  • Pretty slow
The strongest value proposition of ActiveCampaign is the tagging, automation and templates. If marketing emails and systems is critical to the business then this is a great tool. It's quite pricey though so not always 'worth it' for smaller businesses who don't 'NEED' a marketing tool that's so robust.

We've been using ActiveCampaign across all our business processes, both B2C and B2B, since 2018. As our business grew, ActiveCampaign grew with us and we started to use an increasing number of features, starting from email marketing and contact management, embedded forms in our websites, CRM and deals management for B2C and B2B, landing pages per product, and an enormous number of automations that link every aspect of this.
  • Easy to create Automations
  • Email Marketing Management
  • Integration tools with our business
  • Forms : there's an opportunity to go 1 step further, offering conditionals and other more complex features
  • Whatsapp communication: this feature isn't yet usable as a communication tool within ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is a complete solutions, suitable for both smaller or larger companies, it is an all in one solution for all the sales and marketing areas. It grows along with you. It integrates very effectively with most of the external tools companies use, making ActiveCampaign easily "automatable" to perform your sales and marketing processes.

The principal reason i use ActiveCampaign is because all the automation possibilities, seriously they have the most robust email marketing tool, they have the lemma "Using ActiveCampaign is like having an employee working for you" and that is super true! I use ActiveCampaign to communicate with my leads about monthly online events, and look at this, I just have to change the date event in my automation and all the reminders and important emails will be sending automatically in the correct dates around the date event. I have used almost every email marketing tool that you can find on internet, and trust me, you will not find a really automation tool like ActiveCampaign.
  • Automation: That is the power of ActiveCampaign, I personally use forms that once my leads fill, they enter in a very robust automation about an online event, and all the reminders work around that event.
  • Interface: Although ActiveCampaign be a very robust automation tool, they have a friendly interface that everyone can learn to use in 1 day.
  • API connection: I use ActiveCampaign with Hotmart, and once a client abandoned my cart, ActiveCampaign send the sequence to remind my client to complete the purchase. Is very ease to use and always work very well!
  • Pricing: ActiveCampaign is a very good tool, but the pricing is really high when you are escalating your business. I think that is only the my complaint
The reason why ActiveCampaign is really the best option in the market, is simple, AUTOMATION, when you are able to reduce the hours of work because ActiveCampaign, that is when i realize the price is worth it. - Automation - A very well integration system with almost every platform

I scale my self using this tool like creating accountability emails for clients or a followup sequence for folks who come to my LinkedIn booth at a live tradeshow. I can direct my audience to ongoing information without endless admin on my part. It also allows me to have a almost perpetual email marketing system that I can set and forget. It allows me to keep in touch at scale with my network and potential leads. <br><br>On a lighter note, I use it to send my friend automatic emails to inspire her on her journey to find love.
  • Linking automations together
  • Having access to a secondary login for my assistant
  • Forms that trigger stuff for me with ease
  • Lead scoring lets me see who is excited about me
  • They cut down customer success without warning and then also increased the tax fees that I was never charged before. They didnt do a good job explaining this.
  • Its slow in my browser which feels like somethin that should have been fixed ages ago.
  • I wish they were more transparent abou the free 30 min calls I used to get. It seems like they changed a lot in the last year
  • for an email automation company, they have added me to automations that were not correct like new user ones. Or I got prospecting ones when i was already paying.
I think I should have started with a lower cost tool when I started. I dont think this should be the first option for a smaller biz. I have no regrets bc I would have much preferred to stay on the same platform with all the options AC provides. I think it the most robust for what it does so if that is worth the sacrifice or ease of use, then they should go for it.

I use ActiveCampaign for tracking my leads and revenue into my business. It's also heavily [used] if to campaigns and the automation features and tags really help me keep track of different leads that come into my business and what stage they're at in my funnel. I send weekly newsletters and sales emails to my audience and use the reporting tools to track all this information, which is really useful at the end of the month when I track my metrics.
  • Deals in ActiveCampaign is amazing as it allows you to track your leads and revenue for each of your clients
  • I love the automation feature on ActiveCampaign. It really simplifies my life and automates so much stuff for me so that I'm not feeling hectic and dropping balls in my day
  • I love the campaign feature and how easy it is to create a newsletter using the blocks or templates provided.
  • Being able to link Calendly with ActiveCampaign so that the questions my leads answer in the Calendly form then get populated into the notes section of AC.
The support is second to none, it's easy to use and find your way around. The biggest win for me is the functionalities it provides as it makes my life so much easier and simplified. I don't have to think about so much on my daily basis so I can think about scaling my business.

I use ActiveCampaign for my sales funnel and newsletters. It's easy to link to my website forms and I love the way you can immediately see who subscribed and clicked on links. My virtual team set up automation and newsletters. It's easy to create drafts, schedule emails, and make automation look easy.
  • Visual representation of automation

I use ActiveCampaign for my email communication with potential clients, and to create marketing funnels in an automated way. I write marketing campaigns and send them to my list of clients, as well as evergreen funnels for new potential clients. I integrate it with Thrivetheme, which I use for my website and for my online courses.
  • User friendly
  • Good for automation
  • Good for integrating with other software
  • I wish it was cheaper
  • I wish it would come with a sliding scale price for the number of contacts, at the moment it does, but the difference between one rate and the next is high
  • I wish there were more tutorials
I think ActiveCampaign is good even for a beginner or a sole trader. I managed to understand it and integrate it with my funnels and marketing strategy by myself, and I am not a professional software person. When it comes to using it for simple automations, it is good. I feel that when it comes to more difficult uses like for sales or for analysing statistics, I would not be able to understand how to do it by myself.

I use this to maintain an email list, send out weekly automations, send out campaigns and to monitor activity.
  • Very user friendly and easy to use.
  • It looks professional.
  • The support is great!
  • Some more customization would be nice.
  • It's hard to insert images at times.
  • The videos show up dark.
I have already recommended it to friends who are starting to build an email list and talk to their audiences. It doesn't always link well with my Squarespace website, so that's one area where it needs improvement.

I have been using it for email marketing purposes for a consulting and coaching business.

I am a solopreneur and I use ActiveCampaign to manage my list, set automations, welcome sequences, and broadcast campaigns.

What it helps me do is keep the list management simple by using tags and a few lists. This way I can have a buyers list and a master list and use a simple tag system to properly identify what the person has purchased and interacted with.

I came from using Mailchimp's free plan and didn't like needing to use different lists for everything because they didn't have any tagging system that could integrate with other platforms
  • The automation triggers and workflow commands available are impressive. Very robust, it's so robust I don't know what's capable of doing since I stick to foundational triggers
  • The tagging system and segmentation approach is convenient since one can create segments from different places
  • I was relatively simple to navigate around the platform. (finding where are the lists, campaigns, automations.
  • I liked the quick ability to search for specific contacts based on status and tags.
  • The email builder is annoying. Very slow at work and it constantly resets the cursor, font type and list continuation. It's one of the most frustrating things about it.
  • I am surprised there isn't an automatic "send to people who haven't opened the last x campaigns" trigger. Other competitors have this feature. Instead, I'm forced to use 2 automations that play the role of tagging after a certain amount of days have passed.
  • While it's a market practice, I think the cost can go up exponentially the more members one has. Maybe I don't understand the process enough but places like sendgrid, MailerLite offer decent automations and 1,000 subscribers free. I know sendgrid charges per email sent but still I find the cost to pay for a list size odd.
  • The overall refresh rate of the platform seems to use a lot of CPU power because it lags every time I switch functions or create new steps. I can hear my fans go to high every time I start doing something. I know my CPU is old but I use other demanding software and I don't have that problem. I think the refresh rate and speed of the platform can be improved.
To me, the strongest value proposition of ActiveCampaign is the tagging system and it's robust automation offering. (I'm using the basic plan).

The automation triggers are very robust and it allows for many solutions to email sequence needs. The tagging system is quick to use and offers the option to manage it all with one list.

It also offers integration with many digital marketing platforms which makes it convenient to seamlessly transfer contact information from one place to another.

The addition of basic landing page building is a plus but the slowness of the builder makes it a little tedious to use at times.

ActiveCampaign is a great product. Although it started as an email marketing software it now does that as well as offers a full CRM suite. From deals pipelines to accounts and more. ActiveCampaign allows businesses to automate their email marketing and large swaths of their sales process all at a fraction of the price of other comparable CRM products. I often tell people it is the budget version of Hubspot. And while Hubspot surely offers features ActiveCampaign doesn't, ActiveCampaign offers what virtually any SMB could need at a reasonable price.
  • Email Automation.
  • Goals within Email Automation - Goal Reporting.
  • Customizable use cases.
  • Social media integration.
  • At times the platform can be a bit laggy.
  • Email formatting could use an upgrade (ie. sometimes it defaults back to Ariel 12 when you're editing email copy when you've already changed the font meaning you have to change the font again).
ActiveCampaign is great for any SMB. At an enterprise level, something like Hubspot is probably more well suited as they offer more digital marketing integration across multiple platforms (ie. better social tracking, ability to track specific campaigns across multiple services). However, overall, ActiveCampaign is a great product.

I use ActiveCampaign as the hub of my business operations. My company runs on the internet, and I use ActiveCampaign automations, emails, forms, integrations and more to onboard clients and "employees" and maintain their account and stay in effective communication with both parties.
  • Customer service is readily available (via chatbot) for basic questions on how to use the CRM
  • Their automation flow makes more sense to me than some other CRMs.
  • In my opinion, their customer service is horrible. It took 38 emails over 2 weeks simply to "resolve" that my bank account was overdrawn due to an unauthorized renewal fee for a yearly subscription, when I had never purchased a yearly subscription before.
  • In my opinion, customer service could actually listen to the problem and respond like their customers are real people instead of giving canned, generic responses, making light of significant issue.
  • In my opinion, not threaten to remove access to contact data in the event of their own error (such as unauthorized charges, and then, in my experience, after refunding, threatening to remove access to contact data if I didn't purchase a plan).
  • In my opinion, not randomly change the functions on their platform that results in data loss, such as happened to me this week.
  • In my opinion, when receiving a complaint about customer data loss: apologize or acknowledge the loss.
  • In my opinion, reimburse a business for financial loss suffered due to, what I believe is incompetent and dishonest behavior, such as the auto-renew event last June.
I would never recommend this company to a friend of mine, because, in my experience, I understand that doing so would jeopardize valuable data within their company, and they would likely never receive an apology from ActiveCampaign, their data back, or their money back. It feels as though an individual's business is literally jeopardized by doing business with this company. I've been building my company with ActiveCampaign for 2 years, we just launched in August, and I'm about to start finding a new CRM, learning it, and rebuilding my company on that CRM in my free time. So I can save my business from this company that, in my opinion, does not treat its customers in a decent manner.

Here is my experience: In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a CRM that is supposed to hold data for people's customers, I felt they threatened me with the data loss of my clients in June, and now they have lost the data of my clients. In June it took 38 emails over two weeks to get the issue "sorted out". They caused me to go overdrawn in my bank account by making an unauthorized renewal charge on my card on file. I never purchased a yearly membership to begin with, and suddenly in June I was charged over $600 for a renewal of a yearly subscription. I had never had a yearly subscription before! Like I said, it took over 38 emails to get to a conclusion. I was initially told they do not provide refunds. I finally got a refund, was given a free year, then they took that free year away and, in my experience, threatened me with data loss if I didn't pay within about a week's timeframe! Then, in my experience, they gave me an extra week before they threatened to remove access to my clients data, as though they were being nice by giving me an extra week. I was literally about to launch a business I had been working on for two years, and they did this to me! And I'd been using them for about a year or more building up to my launch! I was never reimbursed for the overdraft fees, and ended up purchasing a yearly subscription simply because I was about to launch my business and it was set up to operate using ActiveCampaign so I couldn't afford to learn a whole new CRM and rewire my business right before a launch. I cannot begin to express how, in my opinion, bad the customer service representative was that handled this whole thing. I truly felt like a number not a person to them, and all they cared about was taking my money, not the fact that they were toying with my livelihood. Now this week there is a new issue. Since I have had ActiveCampaign, I have had a feature where I can attach files to my contacts. And I do. Signed, legal documents. Well this week all the files I've ever attached to any customers disappeared. And now suddenly there is no feature to even attach files. My experience: The first customer service representative I spoke with literally did not understand what I was asking and kept asking me about was I having trouble importing contacts, completely unrelated to my issue. I asked to speak with a manager or someone else and the customer service representative said they couldn't pass my ticket along to anyone else or let anyone else see it. In my opinion, lies. I left the chat conversation. I waited a day and went back. The next customer service representative said they would look into it and email me back. They emailed me back with no apology or even acknowledgment that customer data had been lost! They simply said the feature to add files to a contact is with their sales plan only, so I need to purchase the sales plan. I haven't had the sales plan for the 2 years I've had ActiveCampaign and I have always had the files feature. In my opinion, basic common sense says this does not answer the problem. Why did the feature suddenly disappear? The customer service representative did not even apologize for my data loss, say they would try to help find the lost files—nothing. I am now convinced, after this and reading other reviews here of similar, in my opinion, horrible neglect of their customers, that in my free time I need to begin learning another CRM and rebuilding my business to function on another platform. I do not understand how the owners can have a clean conscious knowing they support businesses function—help people maintain their livelihood—but, in my experience, treat those people with no dignity or respect. I am appalled. And hurt. In my experience, my business has been hurt by ActiveCampaign. Twice now. And in no small way.

In my organization, we utilize ActiveCampaign across all departments - from marketing and sales to customer support, making it a crucial part of our business operations. We primarily use ActiveCampaign's powerful email marketing features to manage and optimize our email campaigns. The platform's intuitive design tools and vast template library have streamlined the process of crafting compelling emails, enabling us to maintain consistent engagement with our customers and prospects. Additionally, the split-testing functionality lets us experiment with different email elements, providing insights that drive better performance in future campaigns.
  • ActiveCampaign's marketing automation features have also revolutionized our workflows
  • We utilize ActiveCampaign's messaging features for sending targeted SMS and site messages, helping us reach our customers in real-time, and further driving engagement.
  • In terms of sales and CRM, ActiveCampaign provides a comprehensive view of our customer data, making it easier for our sales team to track and manage leads.
  • The mobile app could be improved. It doesn't offer all the functionality available on the desktop version, which can limit what can be accomplished when I'm away from my computer.
  • While the platform is comprehensive, its user interface could be more intuitive and load faster at times.
  • Some smaller businesses and startups might find ActiveCampaign's advanced features to be pricey. Offering more scalable pricing options or packages tailored to smaller businesses might be beneficial.
ActiveCampaign has proven to be a powerful and comprehensive tool for managing and optimizing our email marketing, customer relationships, and automated workflows. Its intuitive email design tools, robust automation features, and integrated CRM have significantly streamlined our processes and bolstered our customer engagement. Despite a few areas for improvement such as a more user-friendly interface and enhanced reporting capabilities, the platform's overall performance and the value it brings to our business make it deserving of a strong 9 out of 10 rating. Its capacity to personalize customer interactions and increase our operational efficiency has truly transformed the way we do business. We look forward to seeing the enhancements ActiveCampaign will undoubtedly bring in the future.

I use ActiveCampaign for two main purposes: to automate communication with prospects and customers who engage with my business. This allows me to deliver free and paid content and to inform them of offers and promotions. to send regular informational content to my community, to stay in touch. It is also a way to understand the level and type of engagement of customers who contact me directly.
  • Email Automation
  • Contact tracking
  • Tagging and segmenting contacts
  • Integration (via Zapier for me)
  • They need to listen to customer requests
  • Old email editor buggy - new one lacks at leas one key feature
  • Since the start of 2023: ethics - doubling the cost for legacy users
I recommend ActiveCampaign based on its capabilities. But, their business ethics took a big tumble in 2023. They have never been good at listening to customers with some simple user requests (like emailing out invoices) being unanswered for several years. But suddenly dropping a 2x price hike on long-term customers in early 2023 was a nasty move. I would say they are still the best service in terms of functionality and their price remains competitive. But I can no longer say I am happy that I am doing business with AC. It feels like they have taken advantage of their customer base who have been loyal for many years, in a grab for cash. So, if you want the best product for the money, go for ActiveCampaign. Their product is excellent and still, I suspect, the best for a business like mine. But do be prepared for minor niggles and concerns that won't get resolved. And, as 2023 has shown, live with the concern that there may be a sudden huge price-hike once you are deeply committed. Sorry AC. I want to love you, but you have hurt me badly. And your customer service people either didn't care or were briefed to pretend they don't see the issue. I can no longer recommend you.

I use ActiveCampaign to send marketing campaigns and communications to my clients. Also for the search for new clients through databases that I store in this tool. It helps me create flows based on the moment and temperature of the lead. I also use it to embed their forms on my landing pages to start new flows, tag potential customers, or anything else I can think of.
  • Condition-Based Flows
  • E-mail marketing
  • Contact classification and labeling
  • The campaign and flow reports are somewhat simple
  • Some options in the email marketing campaign editor
  • A little more customization when creating forms
To send marketing campaigns and communications to clients. Create flows based on the moment and temperature of the lead. To embed their forms on my landing pages to start new flows, tag potential customers... A very powerful marketing tool for companies with a large flow of contacts or customers. It integrates well with any of the current platforms: WordPress, woocommerce, etc.

I use AC for Email Automations to reach my community I also use it as CRM system which is very easy to use. Sometimes I get a bit confused because there are so many functions and sometimes some information is hidden behind small navigations that you need to click! But once you got the basic functions its so easy to use and you can always explore further and deepen your knowledge is you would like it.
  • Customer support
  • Structure is very good
  • navigation visibility for some bullets
  • Adding new team members can be easier
It's very well suited if you want to grow a newsletter community and use it as a CRM, I would say it's not so well suited if you just started your business because it's quite expensive in the beginning and complicated.

We needed a CRM and email marketing tool with webpage and automation so Active Campaign was the best solution we found. It is price friendly, the customer service is great and it addresses all of our needs as a small organization to get our message out there.
  • Landing Pages - easy to use and set up
  • CRM - great for keeping track of customers
  • Marketing - great for emails
  • There is limitation with landing pages and custom URLs - www. does not work in front of them
  • Some things could be more user friendly
  • When making automations - not all lists or groups or emails always generate
It has been a great experience, it is great they have a nonprofit discount and allow us to use all the great features. It has provided us with great returns on email opens, automations with landing pages and more. Would recommend over and over compared to other big name CRM tools out there.

I use it to collect and filter leads into their relevant categories and for sending weekly newsletter style emails and sales emails. I needed a platform that could collect emails through various lead magnets and we able to analyse and filter these leads down the correct email sequence that was relevant for them and encouraged greater conversion and sales depending on what they were interested in.
  • Collects and filters emails from various lead magnets exceptionally well (especially if a user wants to re-sign up to the same lead magnet and go through it again, they can)
  • Super easy to use email creation that is aesthetically pleasing and user friendly
  • Easy email sequences and user classification from a large range of opt in trigger options
  • Sometimes the email creation can be glitchy and the font size drastically changes
  • Copying copy into the email builder always requires clearing the format
  • The opt in/sign up pages aren't super aesthetically pleasing in the lower cost memberships
ActiveCampaign is brilliant for small businesses wanting a secure, reliable and user friendly email capture software that filters users emails into the appropriate category/tags and have endless options when it comes to having different lead magnets and ways users may sign up. It's been super handy for my small business to send regular emails and be able to analyse the success rates and open rates of emails and the ability to resend them with a different subject line. It's made email marketing really easy peasy.

We use ActiveCampaign as part of a survey process. Potential respondents are entered into ActiveCampaign and all communication is handled through it. Our survey software communicates via API to ActiveCampaign which allows us to track / trend respondents. It automatically removes those who opt-out, those who are disqualified, and those who complete the study. We also use ActiveCampaign to manage respondents who which to participate in additional research. We use the API to move respondents from list-to-list s necessary.
  • Communication management
  • Contact organization
  • Email / SMS /MMS campaigns
  • Opt-out response tracking
  • Understanding how billing works for contacts not in a list or part of a campaign
  • Easier to manage SMS
ActiveCampaign is well suited for defined campaigns where there is a set start/end date and we just need to run the outreach. It is less well suited for longitudinal campaigns where we are trying to track people over longer periods of time.

I use ActiveCampaign for email management, as a CRM and for lead generation through free tools that I offer via email campaigns and landing pages. Being a solopreneur and creator of an independent brand, it is extremely important that I have a touchpoint for my clients, leads, and referrals outside of social media. With ever-changing algorithms and moving targets, ActiveCampaign allows me to reach my audience without being reliant on Instagram or Facebook. The integration with Zapier makes my business logistics nearly seamless and customer support is always willing to help me with any integration issues.
  • Contact Management (tags, lists, merges)
  • Automated Campaigns
  • Zapier Integration
  • Sales Funnels
  • Campaign Creation
  • Templates
  • Template Functionality
  • Template & Email Formatting
  • One-Off Emails
I would recommend ActiveCampaign to anyone who describes themselves as 'tech-savvy.' It is well suited for anyone who is wanting a robust system and is willing to figure out how to create a process that works for them (versus having the process already built). It can take some time to figure out the integrations, so it would be helpful for anyone who has a tech background or someone to help them navigate. ActiveCampaign is not good for someone who wants simple, already designed template without add-ons.
