I have been using ActiveCampaign for several years as my primary lead and client communication tool (other than Outlook). It has scaled with my business and is great for integrating with other client fulfillment tools I use. One of my deliverables needs to be segmented dozens of ways for top-end client fulfillment and this is easily achievable with ActiveCampaign.
  • Goals within automations simplifies the funnel
  • As a solopreneur who is not technically inclined, I love their direct support
  • I've been able to take full advantage of their ongoing learning webinars
  • As someone who can be easily put off by tech problems, ActiveCampaign can appear more daunting than it really is.
  • Their last interface changed my UX and I found that confusing. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
I have always recommended ActiveCampaign, to peers and my clients. I'm particularly pleased with the visual UX for building the automation.

For Marketing Automations, Database segmentation, integration with our current CRM (we do not use the CRM or pipeline functions in Active Campaign)
  • Automations are logical, easy to understand, and build
  • Tagging is very easy
  • Importing data and data clean up is simple
  • Segmentation is not easy to work with
  • Reports are too basic, not easy to craft meaningful reports
  • Campaigns (basically emails) need expanded functionality, or just remove them and force them to be used in automations (even if just simple)
  • Your new interface for email templates is clunky, and does not accommodate migration from older templates that have been crafted
  • Your knowledge center is difficult to navigate and often hard to work with (separate platform with login). Consider a portal format as an upgrade path
Less: When legacy CRMs are in place with the org, your API's are less than robust, and Zapier is complicated to use as an alternative. More: Easy to train, visual learning solid, works for scaling operations.

I use ActiveCampaign in my coaching and speaking business to automate my marketing flows when new leads enter my newsletter / system as a lead. I also send monthly newsletter to my audience -- inspirational materials, learnings, updates and more. It's a robust system and I love all the training materials offered, templates, ability to track and tag leads so I can segment folks and track leads and more!
  • Automation features that systematize when leads enter my flows
  • Templates in campaigns that make it easy to send templatized monthly newsletters
  • Integration with other tools / apps
  • Very expensive for small businesses
  • Took out a lot of useful tools in the lower tiers (used to be available and they just removed it without notification!)
  • Pretty slow
The strongest value proposition of ActiveCampaign is the tagging, automation and templates. If marketing emails and systems is critical to the business then this is a great tool. It's quite pricey though so not always 'worth it' for smaller businesses who don't 'NEED' a marketing tool that's so robust.

I use ActiveCampaign as the hub of my business operations. My company runs on the internet, and I use ActiveCampaign automations, emails, forms, integrations and more to onboard clients and "employees" and maintain their account and stay in effective communication with both parties.
  • Customer service is readily available (via chatbot) for basic questions on how to use the CRM
  • Their automation flow makes more sense to me than some other CRMs.
  • In my opinion, their customer service is horrible. It took 38 emails over 2 weeks simply to "resolve" that my bank account was overdrawn due to an unauthorized renewal fee for a yearly subscription, when I had never purchased a yearly subscription before.
  • In my opinion, customer service could actually listen to the problem and respond like their customers are real people instead of giving canned, generic responses, making light of significant issue.
  • In my opinion, not threaten to remove access to contact data in the event of their own error (such as unauthorized charges, and then, in my experience, after refunding, threatening to remove access to contact data if I didn't purchase a plan).
  • In my opinion, not randomly change the functions on their platform that results in data loss, such as happened to me this week.
  • In my opinion, when receiving a complaint about customer data loss: apologize or acknowledge the loss.
  • In my opinion, reimburse a business for financial loss suffered due to, what I believe is incompetent and dishonest behavior, such as the auto-renew event last June.
I would never recommend this company to a friend of mine, because, in my experience, I understand that doing so would jeopardize valuable data within their company, and they would likely never receive an apology from ActiveCampaign, their data back, or their money back. It feels as though an individual's business is literally jeopardized by doing business with this company. I've been building my company with ActiveCampaign for 2 years, we just launched in August, and I'm about to start finding a new CRM, learning it, and rebuilding my company on that CRM in my free time. So I can save my business from this company that, in my opinion, does not treat its customers in a decent manner.

Here is my experience: In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a CRM that is supposed to hold data for people's customers, I felt they threatened me with the data loss of my clients in June, and now they have lost the data of my clients. In June it took 38 emails over two weeks to get the issue "sorted out". They caused me to go overdrawn in my bank account by making an unauthorized renewal charge on my card on file. I never purchased a yearly membership to begin with, and suddenly in June I was charged over $600 for a renewal of a yearly subscription. I had never had a yearly subscription before! Like I said, it took over 38 emails to get to a conclusion. I was initially told they do not provide refunds. I finally got a refund, was given a free year, then they took that free year away and, in my experience, threatened me with data loss if I didn't pay within about a week's timeframe! Then, in my experience, they gave me an extra week before they threatened to remove access to my clients data, as though they were being nice by giving me an extra week. I was literally about to launch a business I had been working on for two years, and they did this to me! And I'd been using them for about a year or more building up to my launch! I was never reimbursed for the overdraft fees, and ended up purchasing a yearly subscription simply because I was about to launch my business and it was set up to operate using ActiveCampaign so I couldn't afford to learn a whole new CRM and rewire my business right before a launch. I cannot begin to express how, in my opinion, bad the customer service representative was that handled this whole thing. I truly felt like a number not a person to them, and all they cared about was taking my money, not the fact that they were toying with my livelihood. Now this week there is a new issue. Since I have had ActiveCampaign, I have had a feature where I can attach files to my contacts. And I do. Signed, legal documents. Well this week all the files I've ever attached to any customers disappeared. And now suddenly there is no feature to even attach files. My experience: The first customer service representative I spoke with literally did not understand what I was asking and kept asking me about was I having trouble importing contacts, completely unrelated to my issue. I asked to speak with a manager or someone else and the customer service representative said they couldn't pass my ticket along to anyone else or let anyone else see it. In my opinion, lies. I left the chat conversation. I waited a day and went back. The next customer service representative said they would look into it and email me back. They emailed me back with no apology or even acknowledgment that customer data had been lost! They simply said the feature to add files to a contact is with their sales plan only, so I need to purchase the sales plan. I haven't had the sales plan for the 2 years I've had ActiveCampaign and I have always had the files feature. In my opinion, basic common sense says this does not answer the problem. Why did the feature suddenly disappear? The customer service representative did not even apologize for my data loss, say they would try to help find the lost files—nothing. I am now convinced, after this and reading other reviews here of similar, in my opinion, horrible neglect of their customers, that in my free time I need to begin learning another CRM and rebuilding my business to function on another platform. I do not understand how the owners can have a clean conscious knowing they support businesses function—help people maintain their livelihood—but, in my experience, treat those people with no dignity or respect. I am appalled. And hurt. In my experience, my business has been hurt by ActiveCampaign. Twice now. And in no small way.

I use ActiveCampaign for two main purposes: to automate communication with prospects and customers who engage with my business. This allows me to deliver free and paid content and to inform them of offers and promotions. to send regular informational content to my community, to stay in touch. It is also a way to understand the level and type of engagement of customers who contact me directly.
  • Email Automation
  • Contact tracking
  • Tagging and segmenting contacts
  • Integration (via Zapier for me)
  • They need to listen to customer requests
  • Old email editor buggy - new one lacks at leas one key feature
  • Since the start of 2023: ethics - doubling the cost for legacy users
I recommend ActiveCampaign based on its capabilities. But, their business ethics took a big tumble in 2023. They have never been good at listening to customers with some simple user requests (like emailing out invoices) being unanswered for several years. But suddenly dropping a 2x price hike on long-term customers in early 2023 was a nasty move. I would say they are still the best service in terms of functionality and their price remains competitive. But I can no longer say I am happy that I am doing business with AC. It feels like they have taken advantage of their customer base who have been loyal for many years, in a grab for cash. So, if you want the best product for the money, go for ActiveCampaign. Their product is excellent and still, I suspect, the best for a business like mine. But do be prepared for minor niggles and concerns that won't get resolved. And, as 2023 has shown, live with the concern that there may be a sudden huge price-hike once you are deeply committed. Sorry AC. I want to love you, but you have hurt me badly. And your customer service people either didn't care or were briefed to pretend they don't see the issue. I can no longer recommend you.

I have used ActiveCampaign for email campaigns with follow-up forms, automations from website-based forms flowing from ads or research, and generally managing mailing lists. The design flexibility of the forms and the emails allowed me to make a professional impression when contacting people or when they responded to an ad. The automations also worked very well, and were easy to monitor progress.
  • The graphic design is very good, especially fonts, colours and templates
  • Flexibility of design and functionality
  • Takes a little while to learn it, but generally user-friendly
  • Looks very professional but doesn't cost much to get started
  • There are masses of integrations for ActiveCampaign, and the ones I tried all worked well and didn't take long to figure out.
  • It took me a while to get to understand where to find things, and I used a free online course from a consultant who specialises in AC to help me get the foundations set up more easily. That said, there were lots of onboarding workshops, which were good. It just felt like it required a lot of different angles of learning to just get started.
  • The customer support took longer than other software to get back to me via email, though once I found the chat option for my most recent query, that was fast.
  • I've ended up switching to another programme where more software is more naturally integrated, and the AC equivalent is included in the price, along with many other types of software. However, design-wise, ActiveCampaign is much better.
  • I also had a problem with a form used on my WordPress website, which has a BuddyBoss platform - the colours on the form would be overridden by colour choices for the website, so they were hard to read (pink text on purple background instead of the gold text it was meant to be)
  • I couldn't always find the templates I was looking for or how to access them for automation-based emails. I think when I used it, there was a new type of template for newsletters that weren't available for automations, so I had to recreate it, which added time.
I think ActiveCampaign is very useful for setting up newsletters, forms, and automated responses that are nicely branded, with good functionality. It's also useful if you are starting small and want something both inexpensive to get started but also very scaleable as you grow. Do use the double security because I got a lot of spam through forms, even with a captcha.

While ActiveCampaign has a bit of a learning curve, it was extremely helpful in helping us set up systems, automations, and tracking our engagement. It's robust but not complicated (when you get the hang of it) and I feel like we have this massive, million dollar software for an affordable price.
  • Setting up automated systems
  • Tracking data
  • Integrations
  • Steep learning curve when you're learning the software
  • Ability to see the message for past campaigns without multiple clicks
If you want to set up robust automations that have several dependencies, ActiveCampaign has you covered. You can adjust everything as needed without too much hassle and set up an easy or complicated automation that will do everything that you want it to do. The data you can pull is also great and can help your business make better decisions.

We use ActiveCampaign for our B2B marketing and sales (CRM). The automations are great and user-friendly. ActiveCampaign has many features, and it takes some time to learn how to use them all. It's worth it, though! We use chat support quite a bit. It's fast, and the support people are very polite and usually manage to help us. It has many integrations. We use the one with Google Sheets a lot. We also use webhooks. One feature that we find is missing is Whatsapp integration which they are working on. We highly recommend ActiveCampaign!
  • Automations
  • Sending marketing emails
  • Landing pages
  • WHATSAPP integration
  • Merging deals
  • Copying data from fields among contacts, tasks, accounts and deals
  • Importing has a few bugs
Preparing and sending emails, landing pages, and Automations work very well. CRM needs improving. ActiveCampaign is expensive for Brazil.

We started using Active Campaign 4 years ago and the primary purpose of using it was as our CRM. We then integrated it with our WordPress website in order to have a contact form and for registrations for our dinner seminars. We have not utilized it to the best of its abilities by any means, as we are a small company, and have not had a need but now that things are changing we want to start utilizing it more for email marketing which we are looking forward to learning more about.
  • CRM: The CRM is customizable, which is the original reason I chose it over other CRMs originally. I found other ones at that time were very hard to customize for our line of business.
  • Integrations: The amount of apps that Active Campaign integrates with is huge. I personally have only used a few, more specifically Zapier and WordPress. I expect to use many more in the coming months.
  • Templates: They have numerous pre-made templates to use for email campaigns that can be customized with graphics, colors, and fonts making it easier to be more productive.
  • Email: Unless it has changed, to my understanding it does not integrate with Outlook in order to save information from outlook into Active Campaign which would be a huge benefit to us. I know you can email from within Active Campaign but we use Outlook and it would be much easier to have a button or way to integrate the 2 from within outlook.
  • Calendar: Same as above. I would like to have the option to save my Outlook calendar to Active Campaign and vice versa so they were in sync.
  • Layout: While the layout of contacts is easy to use, I've found the interface lacking in showing each contact with a summarized view. I think having a more condensed customizable view along with the option for a more detailed view would be more helpful. Again, this is something I plan to look into further as there may be a way to do this. Once I find out, I will come back and change my review.
I used 4 other CRMs before Active Campaign, and while the others had their own bells and whistles, I ultimately found Active Campaign to be the superior one across the board but especially in price. Active Campaign offers the same things as other much pricier CRMs/email marketing platforms such as Infusionsoft but at a much more affordable cost. This is very important for smaller businesses in order to be competitive.

I am thrilled to have ActiveCampaign as a partner for my personal brand. I knew that I needed to build an email list and engage my community. ActiveCampaign was part of several entities that I reviewed based on my needs for marketing automation. I interviewed a number of colleagues who were in similar spaces to identify the pros and cons of different platforms. I also comparison shopped online and evaluated the price to value for each platform. I attended a couple of demos and webinars as well to determine what would be the right fit for me and continue to be glad I chose ActiveCampaign. While it meets my immediate needs, I love that they also offer free coaching to help me get the most out of the system. I'd highly recommend ActiveCampaign.
  • Marketing automation is easy and powerful
  • Integrations with websites and other tools are included and work well
  • Templates for using the system are easy to use
  • Would love to have incremental pricing instead of big tier jumps
  • Learning about all the features is time-consuming; shorter video tutorials would be great
  • Some of the features available on other platform are not available on AC
I have ActiveCampaign integrated with my website so I can tag entry points for people and send specific emails based on those tags. I also have it integrated with Calendly so I can see who books a call and what their pathway to me was. There is way more that I could be doing but haven't used all the features yet.

Active Campaign let us contact all our customers in one go and organize and automatize all the messages and communications for months. However, if you want to be able to use it as a pro and get all of this tool, you have to spend time learning how to make things happen and it has a learning curve that is not suitable for everybody. In general, very useful!
  • Automatic messages
  • Contact thousands of costumers at the same time.
  • Create funnels
  • Has to be more simple to use it in my opinion.
  • Not predictive
  • Expensive
If you are starting a company, then this is your tool. However, when you start becoming bigger and bigger then you have to be very careful because it becomes expensive. You may use other options. In my case, I had to stop upgrading my account because my conversion was not very good, and having more subscribers in my lists was inconvenient for my business.

ActiveCampaign is a pretty powerful system all in all but definitely requires that the user has some level of understanding how to use a CRM and light programming background. I have setup ActiveCampaign for a few of my clients over the years and there is a bit of a learning curve. It took several attempts to understand why certain were not working. The tutorials were lacking and made assumptions as to how people understand how to create various campaigns and workflows sequences. I would say it was nice that it had various templates for welcome sequences or follow up or abandoned cart. Also, in terms of cost it is better than Hubspot, more powerful in terms of the ability to embed code or add more functionality but all of that powerful comes at the cost of the users understanding of the platform. I would recommend ActiveCampaign to immediate to advanced users who really want to have the ability to create integrations with other software programs or systems - like tracking leads through Google Ads or some other advanced techniques.
  • Power programming tools
  • Integration tools
  • Various workflows templates
  • Creative email ideas
  • Poor tech support
  • Outdated tutorials
ActiveCampaign is best for experienced marketers or those who have an understanding of programming. If you have used workflows or used other programs like Constant Contact using ActiveCampaign will be a delight in terms of more robust tools and functionality. If you’re also trying to capture lost sales abandoned carts - using some of their technology can help identify any leaks in your sales funnel.

I use ActiveCampaign to send emails to current customers and leads on our mailing list. I also use it as CRM to keep track of our customers and their needs. ActiveCampaign has so many great features that I'm excited to dive into, but for now, I use it for simply sending out emails.
  • Email campaigns
  • Customer support
  • Lists and segmenting
  • I haven't used it enough to know
ActiveCampaign is perfect for what I am doing. I run a small business and just needed a tool to send emails. I wasn't a massive fan of Mailchimp or HubSpot, but ActiveCampaign was perfect. There are a lot more features that I have yet to dive into.

I have been using ActiveCampaign for the last year to market my coaching practice through paid traffic to opt-in automations. I love how I able to use automations to not only send email drip campaigns, but also to track which of my subscribers are the most engaged. It really helps me then nurture the warmer leads differently than pure cold traffic, so I can tailor my messaging accordingly. The templates are easy to use, and support has always been extremely responsive and helpful when I had any questions.
  • I can create and send campaigns easily.
  • I can access reports and easily gauge the effectiveness of my marketing efforts.
  • I can see a contacts entire history easily.
  • Sometimes the campaign builder can be a little glitchy.
  • The automations have a bit of a learning curve.
  • You cannot process payments, like you can on some of the other platforms.
I have enjoyed using ActiveCampaign and have no intentions of switching any time soon. It has a learning curve, but I have dedicated myself to learning one feature at a time and there is a great library of resources to help whenever I get stuck. It's been a fantastic platform as a solorpreneur that provides the mix of email marketing and CRM that I was looking for to grow my audience and serve each segment in an automated yet personalized way. Highly recommend!

[ActiveCampaign] is used for communication with our clients, and it is used by the marketing team[.] We design our newsletters and maintain our client list in ActiveCampaign.
  • Email designer
  • Automations
  • Response and site tracking
  • Landing page design
  • Support
  • Advanced search of contacts
  • Performance reports
  • Speed of platform
  • More user friendly navigation like breadcrumbs
[ActiveCampaign] is perfect for regular marketing communication. It is not quite smart if you often need to write personal emails to a certain contact - there the templates are very limited, cannot be designed like the campaign designer. So: perfect for everything that can be [standardized], based on countless automation possibilities, but doesn't quite work for following up a client personally.

We use ActiveCampaign for email marketing, delivering content to our database, and creating lead funnels automation. It allows us to educate our leads, our clients and deliver value in a simple and consistent manner.
  • Simple to use
  • Good value for the price
  • Automation sequences
  • Lead scoring
  • Cannot capture the overall structure of an automation sequence. Would be nice to capture the whole automation sequence as an image file or PDF file to go back to when I want to make amendments.
  • Sometimes the platform is a bit slow to respond.
  • Have more examples of automation sequences of aces studies on how to use automation features with real-life examples of sequence and details of how each step functions. That would help build better automation sequences.
It does the job and it's cost-effective and has a simple user interface compared to other competitors.

I practically beg my colleagues to switch to ActiveCampaign, especially if they’re moving into more business automation and want to accurately and efficiently track their email list activity. I’ve used a couple of competitor's products and find them cumbersome and confusing. With Active Campaign, automation series are simple and visual, templates are easy to create and edit, and the robust tracking/tagging options aren’t in the way of the normal use for beginners while still being easily accessible for more advanced users. This is an email system that scales with your business and integrates well with sales funnel software.
  • Easy to implement detailed if/then email Automation
  • Templates are easy to use and access
  • Integrates with click funnel
  • Campaign sending has a few too many steps to go through, would love to see more on one page
  • More organizational tools for sent, drafts, and different list emails other than just one level tagging would be great
  • Visual email scheduling for newsletters on a calendar would be a huge improvement to the list style. Drag and drop to reschedule emails would be a godsend!
Honestly, I’ve seen this system scale from total start-up beginner businesses to larger businesses with more nuanced lists.

I use ActiveCampaign to manage my business - all information to clients, or potential clients, goes through here. The time I used to take to follow up with prospective clients has been freed up through automation. I'm able to create my regular newsletters and get an idea of the responses. I am a sole trader and investing in ActiveCampaign really made a difference in how I'm able to engage and develop relationships with people. I published a short ebook earlier this year and it is managed through AC and provides me with insights into what appeals and what doesn't in follow-up automation.
There is a learning curve and there are still areas to focus on and utilize for my benefit. It's not a cheap product but it does provide good value if you fully leverage what it offers.
  • Newsletters/campaigns - I've found it easy to create the newsletter I want to send out.
  • Contact information - particularly the tagging facility which really is useful.
  • Reporting information - great to get insight into what is working and what is not.
  • Deals - I'm finding that this area doesn't yet reflect how I'd like to work. WIP.
  • Campaigns - I've praised this and rightly so, but there are still improvements to be made in formatting and flexibility.
  • Pricing - particularly for sole traders.
For a business with multiple employees, I can see how this can be such a critical piece of software. For sole traders it is useful, but harder to justify financially. Like all software that has flexibility, it requires time to invest in it to get it working and mistakes will be made. I've certainly 'gone back to the start' once or twice in certain areas.

Active Campaign is used to grow the company's email list and stay in contact with the members of our community. It is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle when it comes to building a strong brand and community.

It is simple to use, has GREAT customer service, and they'll go above and beyond to show you how to properly use the tool. In our company, it is the only solution we recommend when it comes to email marketing.
  • Their onboarding process is off the charts! They have a great customer journey that teaches you how to use their product.
  • Incredibly complex, surprisingly simple. Usually, complex software is difficult to use or has a long learning curve. ActiveCampaign is very intuitive and simple to use.
  • They have a great support system. Their customer support is easy to get a hold of and they have plans in place to answer any question you may have.
  • For what we use it it might have a little "too much", but it doesn't really affect our performance. It might just create a temporary distraction.
So far ActiveCampaign is the best email marketing software we have tried.

It has all the solutions that we need and more. Their customer service is ff the charts and will help you quickly with any issues you may have.

Lastly, their education program is great. Thorough resources and opportunities to get on calls with experts that can show you how to properly use and leverage the software to grow your business.

Totally recommend using ActiveCampaign as your email marketing software of choice.

I use ActiveCampaign to manage email marketing campaigns and automation. It is being used for sales and marketing purposes. It has allowed us to generate leads, automate nurture sequences and sell services through special promotions. Overall, we've been very happy with its functionality and email deliverability. After trying other systems, we've found ActiveCampaign best meets our needs.
  • Email Deliverability
  • Marketing Automation
  • Email Segmentation
  • View contacts who clicked in a campaign from the campaign report
  • Advanced search for subscribers who haven't engaged with an email within a specific time period.
ActiveCampaign is a great email/CRM choice for businesses at any stage. It has basic features for the business just starting out and is robust enough for corporations that need more advanced features (especially if you're using software like InfusionSoft/Keap). I would especially recommend it for businesses that want to increase efficiency with marketing automation.

Active Campaign is used for all main day-to-day functions, including funnels to connect with leads and automations to best serve current customers.
  • Very simple to get started if you're familiar with marketing software.
  • Impressive customer success initiatives. Reps from Active Campaign work with you to actually get more out of the platform and only upsell where it makes sense based on current operations (aka they're not annoying or spammy).
  • Loads of documentation that helps with learning all of the features.
  • Active Campaign doesn't have any noticeable limitations with the way I use it. It may be somewhat challenging for a user who has never used any automation software, but that's very quickly remedied by the company's support & documentation.
ActiveCampaign excels at all daily marketing needs + online automated course delivery. There are many creative, yet simple, ways to achieve everything I need out of this software. I haven't run into a scenario yet where ActiveCampaign isn't useful.

We use ActiveCampaign as a fundamental part of our business. All leads go through automatic funnels created with ActiveCampaign in which value is added to them, they are qualified and they become customers.
  • Ease of creating automations.
  • Simplicity of use.
  • Contact management.
  • Application speed.
  • Maybe too many options with the conditionals
If you are a beginner, ActiveCampaign may be somewhat complicated and its learning curve is not the fastest due to its large number of options, but if you want something serious and professional for your business, ActiveCampaign is the best option on the market without a doubt.

ActiveCampaign has helped our small business to reach our current and potential customers through reliable, professional emails. We are able to gain insight into our customers through automation that would not otherwise be possible. Each of our customers is unique, and ActiveCampaign treats them as individuals, not just a bulk email delivery service.
  • ActiveCampaign has high delivery rates.
  • ActiveCampaign allows for high levels of customization for content, as well as contact information.
  • ActiveCampaign uses contacts activity and preferences to deliver the right information at the most appropriate time.
  • ActiveCampaign is up to date with the latest needs of its clients. SMS, landing pages, as well as design options are all available.
  • ActiveCampaign is truly limitless in its potential, but learning how to reach this potential could be improved with additional training available.
  • A little bit of building is required for all automation. I'd like to see the process simplified for at least a few automations.
  • The help window size doesn't expand, this makes reading help articles a little more difficult.
ActiveCampaign is especially good for businesses that would like to connect their online store with their email marketing platform to maximize returns. What sets ActiveCampaign apart from all other email platforms is its ability to lead potential buyers through automated flows. If you are just looking to deliver your monthly newsletters ActiveCampaign is likely too much power, and price for what you need. But if you want the most customizable experience for your customers and potential customers then ActiveCampaign truly stands alone as the best available platform.

ActiveCampaign is my email list. I am in the process of scaling up and we will be utilizing it even more. I also had a consult with an ActiveCampaign advisor and we are automating everything. The system is easy to use and very powerful when you take advantage of it wisely.
  • Easy to implement automations
  • Campaign creation and distribution
  • Template organization
  • I don't have any right now. As I grow, I am sure I may find something.
We have to capture our clients' information to serve them at the highest level. ActiveCampaign does this and allows me to stay in touch for my evergreen programs. I want my clients to know that I care and will walk them through each week of their growth and learning.
