Intuitive employee activity tracking made easy
ActivTrak has much better integration with MacOS than SentryPC. Since we are a Mac shop predominately, this was an important feature. On the Windows side, we may have gone with SentryPC due to better deployment options with Group Policy.

Great software for tracking and productivity
Very similar products, the price point was slightly cheaper with Activtrack so we went with ActivTrak.

ActivTrak Easily Reduces Costs
We selected ActivTrak for ease of use, cost, features and privacy. There is no keylogging in ActivTrak, which can be a violation of HIPAA. Our clients appreciate that ActivTrak tracks employee behavior without outright spying on employees.

ActivTrak is a complete solution
We just really liked the ActivTrak product from top to bottom. Our ActivTrak sales team was very helpful in getting the product off the ground. ActivTrak pre-sales was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and their support was able to get our tech questions answered. The ActivTrak software also checked all our boxes.

ActivTrak was recommended to us by our network management vendor. We did not evaluate alternatives. We have since reported our experience to the vendor who has decided not to recommend them again. We will be looking for alternatives in the future.

ActivTrak ends the ambiguity of having employees working remotely
When we undertook this process we looked at Hubstaff, Controlio, and ActivTrak. We decided to go with Activvtrak for a few reasons. First, the pricing vs features was better for ActivTrak. Secondly, the presentation of the collected data was much better in ActivTrak versus the competitors.

ActivTrak for Employee Monitoring and Improvement
I think this product got bought out or renamed - we used the old version. It constantly fought with antivirus, consumed a lot of computer resources (Server and Client) and we couldn't support our mission with a tool that was frequently not collecting data because it conflicted with AV.
We think that because that product had a keylogging component was why it was so difficult to whitelist and keep whitelisted. ActivTrak has no keylogger and it does not get quarantined by the same AV product.

Great company and great software!!!
- Acoustic Analytics (formerly IBM Watson Customer Experience Analytics)
We never used anything like this before. We would mainly just check the firewall and search by the user which is fine, but it's not [as] clear cut [nor] designed to see all mobile offices that we have in place. This software allows us to monitor everything every employee does and it is well worth the price of the product.

Before I renewed, I viewed competitors and had demos. I chose ActivTrak for two reasons: one, my data history, and two, because of price. I felt I would learn how to use the software better, but I have limited time and just do not use it to its capability. I wish I had chosen an easier platform.

ActivTrak does the Job!
I have investigated numerous other products which claim to provide the same or similar function. However, each of those products did not provide the proper tools and reporting necessary to make them functional. Most of those programs were merely basic monitoring tools with no real capabilities. Additionally, the price points and pricing structures were difficult to understand and contemplate for long-term use.

If you have employees and computers, you need ActivTrak!
I don't remember the name of the other software program that we used to monitor company computers, but we only had a couple of licenses. However, the software couldn't be deployed remotely. Additionally, it recorded all activity and you had to go through and watch the entire video, not just be able to do periodic spot checks.
