ADAPTcrm is mainly used in our marketing and human resource department and its powerful features made it easy for us to manage our relationships with our clients as it keeps complete information of the clients. And also it is being used for recruitment. And it is also helpful in our organization for the storage of massive amounts of data.
  • This CRM solution provides multiple functions including contact management.
  • Integration via ADAPTcrm is quite simple and easy.
  • The dashboard is genuinely amazing and clear.
  • Sometimes in the middle of work, it logs us out and it needs to be fixed as it is annoying.
As we are using this CRM solution for our mid-sized organization and I don’t think so it would be suitable for the large-sized firms since it has some flaws that are non-compromising in the case of large firms like there should be more customizations and some bugs that need immediate fixation. But for our company, it is working perfectly. It helps in keeping a record of our employees as well as it is the keeper of our client’s contacts. It has made lives easy for us and we link this tool with outlook and integration is simple.

  • With this tool, we can keep a track of our employees and it assists in recruiting.
  • There should be more customizations to make it more adaptable.
  • Document searching is miserable.
Agile might be good for some firms but in our case, we didn’t have a very good experience as we were highly unsatisfied with the price range of Agile and it didn’t fit well with our business demands as was not good enough to be a part of our business because of limited and some non-functional features. But ADAPTcrm is going well with us.
CRM solutions are always meant to strengthen client relationships and ADAPTcrm has helped us in achieving one of our business objectives of strengthening our bond with our clients.

My company and I are using Adapt CRM to manage our customer relations and has proved as a time saver for us. It enabled us to find the variety of contacts of the sales force and above all, we can manage things easily that resulted in the growth of our organization. Integration with it is also very effectively done.

  • Its customer service is proactive and are highly efficient people.
  • Its subscription charges are bit too high.
  • Sometimes it resulted in slowing down our system.
  • It sometimes shows incorrect information.
We have been using Adapt for almost a year or more and it is the best CRM solution and has helped us in saving our time and also in finding various contacts from our LinkedIn connections. It enabled us to grow our network by connecting us to the market for our products. when it comes to its price its subscription rate is quite high and it gets buggy sometimes.

Adapt CRM has many positive points in comparison to our previous experience. As its integration is very efficient, it is user-friendly and its customer service has proved itself as highly efficient and professional people with maximum knowledge of the product and all these features were not so good in Zoho CRM as we have found Zoho as hard for the beginners and its Customer service was pathetic.
Adapt CRM is the perfect tool for everyone looking for the solution to manage customer relations. It has proved itself as a time saver and we can focus on other parts of our organization too without any compromise on our customer relations. It has many features for customization. Additionally, its customer service is so good and helpful and unlike other software of this kind, we have found it quite user-friendly.
We are using Adapt to manage our customer relations in a highly professional manner. Also, we can get contacts and we have found it always improving itself and has helped us in uplifting our company. We can now readily find data of our clients and can sort a huge pile of data with much effectiveness.

ADAPTcrm was used as across an entire organization of about thirty employees. The product provides a number of powerful features that can be both highly useful and sometimes frustrating for new users. The program provides features that can help manage employee placement and payroll. In some regards, the program was overkill for our needs.
  • It provides a nice, single package of multiple features as in all in one solution business program. It can be used to help run many operations in an organization.
  • ADAPTcrm provides a fairly robust interface that can be individually tailored to each user, making it a bit more personable.
  • The program can be linked into other systems like Outlook which can alleviate the need for manual entry of contacts.
  • The interface can be difficult to learn at first and a little overwhelming for new users.
  • The lack of customization of some features without additional support.
  • The software maker provides multiple forms of the application which can be confusing when making a purchasing decision.
It really works as an all-in-one solution for multiple business needs such as human resource management, sales exploration, and payroll operations. Ultimately, it works better for a larger organization and can be an overkill for smaller organizations or non-profits. In many ways, the numerous features and operations can help alleviate the need for acquiring multiple programs and the training involved.

On the other hand, if customization or changes are needed, the costs can be increased greatly with the need for developers or support from the company. Some CRM solutions may require a great deal of programming which ADAPTcrm does not necessarily need, potentially saving a great deal of time in implementation.
