Great universal tool to share information!
- Checking for accessibility.
- Editing the document through the tag tree.
- Scanning and covering to a tagged document.
- Consistently artifacting items correctly.
- Make it more streamlined to make form fields accessible.
- Creating PDF files through Adobe Acrobat Reader is a simple process and those docs are particularly useful for a company's website as linkable items.
- When receiving a PDF file, it makes it easy to convert that document or edit it when necessary.
- The program itself moves quickly and allows for easy reading of importan documents.
- Would like a better way to organize all the files that show up on the home screen. Drag and drop folders where the headers can be retitled would be helpful.
- When you click on some files under "recent," they say the file isn't available and can no longer be opened. If that's the case, it would clean up the home screen if those files names were automatically moved to their own folder or deleted.
- The "clear recent" button at bottom seems to serve only to clean up the home screen. But I don't see another space where it captures all the PDFs in some way so I can see them. Some organized way to maintain headers to old PDFs would be nice.

How does Adobe Acrobat stack up?
- Providing a non-editable/view only document or form for wider distribution.
- The ease of filling a form once the template has been set up.
- Text editability on an otherwise static document.
- The integration with and ability to convert to Word and vice versa.
- Organize Pages function very useful for incorporating multiple documents together.
- Split File option is very useful for segregating different pages of documents, especially with bulk MailMerges.
- Form template set up can be quite arduous and fiddly, especially if trying to set up checkboxes.
- Regularly have issues with it notifying me I don't have access to to advanced editing despite having a full licence - requires reloading & causes minor disruption.
