We mostly use Adobe Sign for recruitment and payroll processing. For every single new hire, we have signed a form using Adobe Sign. We also use them for remote workers to complete our personnel action forms (PAFs) when they have pay changes, transfers, etc. We're able to send multiple documents at once and easily download and print them off once they're completed.

As stated before. When working within a government agency. There is often lots of paper work that needs to go through multiple people in order for the process, item, or other need met. So with Adobe Acrobat Sign we can cut down on paper and waste throughout the organization and save time with printing, signing, and scanning documents.

Adobe Acrobat Sign was a deployed solution for signatures on agreements and quotes, as well as MOU's and other legal and solution based topics, for both internal and client facing systems. While there may have been a few speedbumps, the DEV team made sure integration was smooth and the average user only needed additional training on signatures and how the timestamp affects the document.

We send out offer letters to all employees each year and it allows each person in the process to add their bit of information to the document before it gets to the final step, the employee. It creates a digital copy for us to reference and quickly and easily find when needed.

In my industry, there are always facility improvements taking place. Many times, these improvements require contractual agreements. Other times, I am required to be involved in the permitting process. This permitting process sometimes involves multiple signatures or multiple rounds of signatures. Being able to keep on top of this process is a huge deal and Adobe Acrobat Sign has that covered.

We are a staffing firm that sends out dozens of contracts daily. To do this, you create a word document, then make it a PDF. Traditionally, you would prepare that document in an e-signing service like DocuSign or PandaDoc. That creates the extra step of adding your document to that portal, assigning who needs to sign what field, etc. Adobe Acrobat Sign is superior because you are able to edit that document, sign off on it, all while IN your PDF viewer. There is no need to then go to another e-signing platform, it can all be handled in Adobe.

This is a great way to save time and effort while ensuring that all parties are able to get everything signed quickly. Its is incredibly beneficial for situations where scanned documents need to be signed, as it eliminates the need to scan, print, complete and re-scan. This makes it perfect for the team who don't have a printer.

In Japan, contract is mainly done by stamp/seal of either company or company's president before. and since contract is not for our company only but with counter part. It was hard to ask counter part to change it to e-signature.
After Covid-19 since we are forced to work remotely, e-signature become most popular and accepted way for most of our business partners. now i don't process classical contract or purchase order but process everything using Adobe Acrobat Sign

We primarily use Adobe Sign as a PDF form platform rather than an e-signature solution, as we have a preferred vendor with good support, usability, and pricing options. I use it primarily in our Human Resources function for form filling to collect required data from managers or team members, such as contract requests, parental leave forms, etc.

In the energy industry, regulatory compliance is of high importance and so having an efficient e-signing and document management solution is essential. For example, Uniper frequently engages with suppliers and contractors for plant equipment, engineering and IT services, and maintenance services. Adobe Acrobat Sign simplifies the process of signing and storing contracts with these vendors digitally to provide an audit trail which can be checked by internal compliance teams at a later date. It is also used in several internal approval processes including environmental impact assessments, safety documentation and project approvals which are also required to be auditable (including annual external audits).

In my organization, Adobe Sign is widely used at different levels. The e-signature solution provides a lot of convenience to people in a variety of ways. People can provide their e-signature no matter where they are, they can keep a copy after they sign the document, and they will be notified via email after the whole authorization process is completed. Currently, more than 95% of the signatures are done through Adobe Sign in my daily workflow and business processes. Adobe Sign contributes a lot to my work.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is simple and digital signing saves time and money. Adobe Acrobat Sign saves us money by eliminating the need to print all pages for signature or use staff to deliver documentation to all signees.

Signing digitally was universally accepted ever since the pandemic sent everyone to work from home. It continues to be a preferred method unless documents need in person notarization. It speeds up our contracting process considerably when all parties agree to use it.

Adobe Acrobat Sign has helped us eliminate physical paper from our workflow. We are saving on printing costs and labor costs as we no longer need to print all the pages for signature, and we no longer have to use staff resources to get the required documentation physically delivered to all of the signees.

We use Adobe Acrobat Sign for any non-face-to-face meetings that require paperwork and contracts to be signed and verified. Security is of utmost importance to us, our clients, and our partners and Adobe is a highly trusted name that has been around for a long time. We have never had a client question the digital signing process by using Adobe Acrobat sign as our choice for digitally signed documents.

I use this product on a weekly basis. It is often the go-to for any document I need to send out to external parties. I track and monitor the progress of the papers within Adobe Sign as well. I also can review the document that has gone out previously and their progress.

The main task is to reduce human efforts. When we say sign it means you not only authorized a task but held responsible as per documentation. So signing letters so frequently and send to government bodies need simple yet trusted application/software which ends with Adobe Acrobat sign.
