I have file reviews with company stakeholders daily, which means that I have to be able to share important documents with varying degrees of information. Thus the ability to convert files to readable PDFs that can be easily sent via e-mail to people is paramount to my workload. I find this process very easy and convenient to use in Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat is an easy documentation solution that can be easily manipulated. It provides the most helpful functionalities, like editing and creating new, clear documents. It also integrates with other third-party solutions, enabling file transfer, and the easy conversion of multiple files through Adobe Acrobat is a very big point.

We use PDF documents so commonly in our organization that we needed everyone to use the same tool to open, read, edit, and organize documents. We wanted something that was seamless, reliable, and easy to use. Adobe Acrobat checked all three of those boxes and seemed like the most logical choice.

Adobe's strength is that it's part of the Adobe suite so it integrates easily with Adobe products and comes as part of the Adobe subscription bundle. It seamlessly integrates with Illustrator which is what we use it most in conjunction with. It is an easy way to share illustrator artwork for review and commenting.

We chose Adobe Acrobat due to the ease of use. Nearly everyone was familiar with Adobe Acrobat, and it just works when opened. It is very easy to mark up and comment inside of documents, and this enabled us to easily scale it up and integrate it into the workflow to be our primary reader. The ability to use Adobe Acrobat inside of Chrome is especially helpful for staff always online.

As I mentioned, we already use Adobe Creativa Cloud for other software as Photoshop and Premiere, so Adobe Acrobat being part of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is the main reason why we use it. It's already available for the price we pay for the complete suite and is a good software, solving most of our PDF problems.

Our organization uses Adobe Acrobat under our parent company. Our parent company is the one who holds the account and adds users under it. It is an extremely scalable solution that allows different people and teams to seamlessly be added. It is also a simple tool to use and most are able to figure out how to use it.

Reputation, legacy and compatibility are fundamentally important factors. Also, some of the products in the line are free (Reader) while others are licensed (Pro). Lastly, the ability to digitally sign and request signatures makes transactions significantly more efficient.

All of our document types can be converted to Adobe and we do that daily by converting MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other systems with print features allow us to create efficient scalable documents. Adobe is recognized around the world and I can easily email large documents which are small in digital size overseas.

I think one of the most important factors to purchase Adobe Acrobat is the integration with other systems. Either you are using Windows or MacOS you can use it in combination with your browser to open PDF files. It also has integration with Microsoft Office, which helps you to make daily work much simpler and more efficient.

I would say one of the biggest selling points is how Adobe is the most well-known when it comes to PDF's. Most people in business and personal needs usually have some sort of experience with Adobe so it is familiar to them.

Adobe Acrobat professional document platform is relatively easy to use once you learn the functions of the different buttons and ribbons on the sidebars of the UI. Once that is known, it's pretty intuitive, making UX something easier and pleasurable and UI almost nonexistent to be taught. This is Adobe's greatest strength.

The necessity of using Adobe Acrobat in my business is imperative. However, ease of use is most important as I need my employees to utilize Adobe and create documents without hindrances of glitches or trying to figure out certain aspects of the program.
