The team members that use Adobe Analytics are all in our marketing department. To be frank, some clients we have just don't like Google Analytics. Although we use Google Analytics as the main source, Adobe has some great integrations that allow us to track things in an easier way for clients to understand.

The individuals within the company that use Adobe Analytics range from our marketing team and several roles within a business operations setting - an example being our Partnerships team members. We want to make sure everyone is trained, certified (when needed), and can access the metrics at all times in case a client, partner, or internal member needs to know if we are hitting KPIs or other success metrics.

We have Adobe Analytics users from many different departments including analytics, business development, marketing, and data science. While a portion of us (including myself) predominantly use Adobe Analytics for site strategy data, personalization campaigns, a/b testing, and other site optimization efforts, there are many other use cases including QA, bug fixes, marketing data pulls, sales data, marketing campaign tactics, etc.

We use Adobe Analytics across multiple departments in our business. The marketing team will utilize AA to evaluate PPC, some SEO and internal creative campaigns. Merchandising will use AA to report on performance by brand, category and product. E-Commerce uses AA to evaluate user engagement, monitor website performance, determine ROI of features and evaluate A/B tests (integrated with Optimizely).
