(76-100 of 178)Adobe Analytics For A Marketer
Adobe Analytics: With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility
Powerful Analytics for Advanced Users
One Of The Leaders In Analytics Solutions!
Adobe Analytics is my analytics tool of choice
-Want a robust web/app analytics program
-Want to create specific segments, metrics, etc.
-Need the ability to customize the data you are seeing
-Have the budget for it
I would not recommend using Adobe Analytics if you:
-Do not need robust analytics (can get by with the basics)
-Do not have the budget for an analytics tool
Get a bird's-eye view of your business
Adobe Analytics: A great tool for consolidating data
Powerful Reporting For Success
Adobe Analytics is the best for your company's needs
A scenario where Adobe Analytics is less appropriate is for quick calculations. For quick calculations, Excel would be a better alternative combined with using Report Builder.
I do not recommend this tool if you are using a custom integration. My company is using a custom integration and many times the IT teams will retire a data layer or something similar and it can actually break all of our data at once.
All in all, if you are looking for basic data that is easy to understand and pull from and you do not need custom integrations just use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. If I could revert my company back to Google, I honestly would. The data [feels] untrustworthy half the time in Adobe due to IT user errors.
Data, Data, Data
We have also found it works really well for understanding our marketing attribution and the level of customisation you can do here really helps us define it in our own way.

Greate Suite for Analytics and deep dive metrics
Adobe Analytics at an Enterprise Level
Analytics is expensive, and cost may be a barrier towards entry when free solutions exist - chiefly, Google Analytics.
Powerful analytics solution
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Analytics expresses accurate and graphically appealing data about user traffic on our domain
Adobe analytics - a perspective
Adobe Analytics is the best
But if the site is not that big, then the free version of Google Analytics might be a better option. It takes some expertise to implement the tool. Just to understand the basics, one will have to spend quite a bit of time using the tool.

Adobe Analytics - powerful and great integrations, but may be overkill for the average user
- Your company is already leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud/licensing other Adobe products. The integration with other Experience Cloud tools is one of the biggest advantages.
- You require powerful and robust analytics reporting greater than that of what Google Analytics can provide.
- Your company/team places a big emphasis on page path tracking and conversions from click paths. AA has two powerful and useful features that track the page path. The Pathfinder tool can be configured in multiple ways and shows the page paths that a user takes when on a specified page on your site. If you are seeking to find out the path users take on your site, this is a wonderful feature. The Fallout report is also beneficial for measuring conversion rates. It shows the percentage of users that drop off on a given click path that you specify, letting you see where users are most likely to lose interest/drop off.
- You are a smaller company with a smaller budget.
- You don't have integrations with other Adobe products.
- You need just basic reporting and can live without the bells and whistles.
