  • Increased productivity: Adobe Animate's wide range of tools and features make it easy for animators to create high-quality animations quickly and efficiently. This can result in increased productivity, which can positively impact a business's ROI.
  • Increased revenue: Adobe Animate's ability to create interactive animations and games can help businesses generate more revenue through advertising, sponsorships, and in-app purchases.
  • High cost: Adobe Animate is a professional-grade software, and its cost can be a barrier for small businesses or individual creators.
  • Limited 3D capabilities: Adobe Animate's 3D capabilities are limited compared to specialized 3D animation software, this can be a limitation for businesses or animators that want to create more complex 3D animations.

  • Negative, any individual who invested energy learning the program presently feels miserable that it's disappearing.
  • Activity that was done on Adobe Animate yet would now be able to be made with Toon Boom or even Adobe After Effects.
  • In addition to the side, since it's an Adobe item, you can lease it as opposed to purchasing the full permit. That implies conceivably individuals could utilize it somewhat more without dishing out as much cash.

  • Negative, anyone who spent time learning the program now feels sad that it's going away.
  • Animation that was done on Flash but can now be made with Toon Boom or even Adobe After Effects.
  • On the plus side, since it's an Adobe product, you can rent it instead of buying the full license. That means potentially people could use it for a little longer without having to shell out as much money.

  • Absolutely a positive return on investment - our marketing always does better with animated features.
  • It gives our entire firm a meaningful reputation as being open to new and advancing technology and not shying away from it as things advance.
  • Allows us to pull content creators from our internal staff that are not particularly skilled in coding but can use the easy-to-use Adobe platform.

  • It was a good investment in the beginning, but since there is no mobile support it is quickly dying out and being used less and less
  • single client license - Is not expensive and is super efficient for any size company
  • Very compatible across different platforms - we use both PC & Mac in my company and never have any issues

  • It was good investment at the time, but is quickly becoming obsolete.
  • Ironically, we now have a great reason to reach out to clients who have Flash on their websites. The crash of Flash is a selling point for a new site altogether.
  • As it's a part of our overall subscription, I don't feel like we're out any money.

  • Useful for certain websites - some websites can run on Flash very well, while others tend to work, then crash.
  • Limitations on mobile devices - you cannot run certain websites there, and would have to have Flash installed.
  • Pre-Installed on some web browsers - including IE on Windows 10 or Chrome on the latest versions.

  • Relatively inexpensive, considering that you can purchase it with the whole Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.)
  • Production time can be fast. The tools are intuitive for those with experience in other Adobe products

  • It's good, mostly just use it because it's included in the Adobe Creative Suite but generally not the reason for buying the program. AfterEffects and Photoshop are the main contenders.
  • It was very useful when I first graduated from college in the early 2010s, now most studios moved on to Harmony.
  • Got my first job from Flash, so I am thankful for it.

  • It saves hours each week by making it easy to view and review a large number of projects.
  • It's easily accessible on PC and Mac. We use both at our company.
  • It seamlessly integrates with the large variety of projects that we do in Photoshop and Illustrator.
