Adobe Campaign is a total game changer. It allows the organization to send personalized emails and messages that our customers are engaging even more with than before. Before, organizing our customers into different groups via more basic software and apps was difficult but now it is easy. Also, it pairs nicely and inteagrates well with other adbobe tools we are using. We can now see how our email sends are doing, and change up our strategy if it is needed. We're even testing out text messages with different groups to see responses. all in all it is very helpful tool

  • strong asset segmentation
  • ability to manage multiple channles and campaigns seamlessly

Well suited - businesses that already use an Adobe product, large scale personalization campaigns, multi-channel marketing, integration with adobe suite, complex customer journeys, international campaigns. not well suited - small business / startups, small campaigns, not using Adobe already, simple campaigns, short term campaigns, tight or small budgets, non-tech savy users

At Dfox Tech, Adobe Campaign has been a game-changer in solving critical business problems and improving our marketing capabilities. With its automated campaign workflows, cross-channel orchestration, audience segmentation, and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, we had transformed our marketing operations. It has enabled us to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns, enhance customer experiences, and achieve better results. Adobe Campaign is now an indispensable tool in our marketing toolkit, driving us towards marketing excellence.
  • Automated Workflow Management.
  • Cross-Channel Campaign Orchestration.
  • Audience Segmentation and Personalization.
  • User Interface Complexity.
  • Email Template Creation.
  • Advanced Personalization Options.
  • Enhanced A/B Testing (Automated).
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: I have found Adobe Campaign to be excellent for managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, mobile, social media, and web. Its centralized platform allows me to plan, execute, and track campaigns effectively, making it ideal for organizations with diverse marketing channels. For example, when I was running a campaign to promote a new product launch across email, SMS, and social media channels, Adobe Campaign provided me with the tools to orchestrate and track the campaign seamlessly. I could ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer experience across different channels.

I utilize Adobe Campaign to streamline my marketing and communication efforts, manage customer relationships, and enhance overall operational efficiency within my organization. Adobe Campaign is a versatile marketing automation solution that empowers me to generate, implement, and oversee tailored marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including email, mobile, social media, and other channels.
  • It allows me to capture leads through various sources, such as website forms or landing pages.
  • It offers a centralized repository where I can securely store and manage customer data, encompassing contact information, preferences, transaction records, and additional relevant data.
  • It provides robust analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Adobe Campaign has personalization features, but expanding real-time personalization capabilities would be advantageous.
  • Enhancing collaboration features within Adobe Campaign would promote team productivity and seamless campaign creation process.
Adobe Campaign stands out as a powerful solution for efficiently handling multi-channel marketing campaigns, allowing me to connect with my audience through various channels such as email, mobile, social media, and more. Its centralized platform serves as a command centre, empowering to effortlessly design, implement, and track campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring a consistent and precisely targeted messaging approach.

We were building a new application and transactions across the user journeys had to be mapped in order to drive better engagement and experience for the end user. AEM being the CMS solution Adobe Campaign became an obvious choice to create a seamlessly integrated ecosystem for tech stack.
  • Mapping User Journeys
  • Easy Templatization
  • Solving for rule complexities
  • Actionable insights at back of each campaign
  • More sample templates will help
  • The tool is not easy to configure, we needed a partner to help us with initial configurations
- For organizations trying to run campaigns at a very high scale - Where customer segments are a lot to manage and complexities are more w.r.t user mapping - Where you want to track the complete user journey and create multiple touchpoints for higher engagement

It is a very effective operational reporting tool that helps the user to easily track various campaign impacts, it is also the most productive marketing system across multiple channels. It allows an easy and fluid communication capacity. It also allows you to customize campaigns and keep track of the emails sent. The software is also very efficient and the operation is effective and precise. You can get the premium service at an affordable and comparatively better price, which you will rarely find on other similar platforms.
  • Enhances the decision making
  • Reduce TimetoMarket
  • create operational efficiencies
  • Can give better customer service
  • Adobe reader should have better customization
  • Response time for service requests can be better
I love that there are ready-made templates, and we can reach our target audience efficiently and effectively. I like that it allows us to use batch features without accessing the premium service. I like that we can be able to target the audience based on their personal interests, and make them stand out from the competition. I love that the analytics are also extremely useful for monitoring the success of campaigns.May have issues with bugs or be slow You should get more readable feedback options to make it much easier for people to communicate with you. The software is outstanding but lacks proper customer service as if the user faces any issues the response time of the service team is very slow which can leave the user furious as the software is used for campaigns of digital marketing.

We tried out Adobe Campaign to manage our mail outs for whole school events, parent publications and communications.
We considered it for our enrolments communications, to handle new parent welcome email journeys and follow up paperwork requests.
this made sense as we already use Adobe in our school for staff and student work. So it made sense to investigate it.
  • A full featured application
  • Analytics
  • The interface was a bit clunky.
  • Must have technical ability to code up some designs.
  • Sometimes slow to load.
Adobe Campaign would suit a large scale business with a design and marketing department. The tool set is vast and flexible, but you must know what you’re doing in order to create standout mail outs and marketing material. in the end is was less appropriate for our school as our marketing department was 2 people. So choosing an out of box service that was more user friendly worked for us. I could see that in the future we could move to Adobe Campaign as our marketing department grows to support the schools comms needs.

Adobe Campaign has been very helpful for us. We primarily use Adobe Campaign to run various email based campaigns to our client base. Also, various different marketing campaigns like offer campaigns, release notes etc are sent through Abode Campaign. Also, one good thing about Adobe campaigns is that we can easily integrate with many thrid party applications which allows us better insights.
  • The quality of defaut templates that are available are very good
  • Customer data management is very simple and intuitive
  • The reports and analytics are detailed. The dashboard too is visually appealing
  • Adobe could bring in facilities to do region wise campaigns
  • The helpdesk or knowledge base could be refreshed and updated more
  • Campaigns through offline channels like transactional messages are not that efficient
Adobe Campaign has been of great use to us. We can very easily send campaigns, email based or text based to a large set of users at once. Also, the centralized approach to creating campaigns is very time saving and helpful. Importing of contacts is pretty quick and preparing messages to delivery is also smooth. Additionally, it is very easy to collaborate on Adobe Campaigns

Adobe Campaign gives great experience in cloud options for cross channel management. It helps the users to learn how to use complex customer data to organise, create and even deliver the volatile campaigns with the help of email, mobile, other channels and many more. Adobe Campaign helps the users to find self-help and multilple resources practising and implementation.
  • Manages multiple cross channels
  • Helps to handle dynamic large customer data and coordinate it
  • It provides self help and even latest learning users for the users
  • The features are not easy to understand for the new users
  • They provide generic analytics and insights like other platforms
  • The tools are little heavy sometimes which leads to crash of Adobe Campaign
Adobe Campaign has a huge range of customer base and it has also collaborated with lots of big companies which makes it even more effective for business promotions but there are definitely some problem when it comes to integrating it with adobe tools as customer support is not that responsive.

Actually I use Adobe Campaign for as a marketing solutions for my friend's startup company he wants to make an add campaign so I help him and I want to try something different than Google Ad campaign so I searched and found Adobe Campaign it has drag and drop user interface which make it more user friendly initially I use it for creating surveys design ads and managing and creating various offers.
  • Design ads
  • Drag and drop interface
  • Email managing
  • Offers management
  • Customer transition and management
  • Cloud
  • Survey
  • Workflow
  • Free version not available only paid version is available
  • Slow uploading while working with HD pictures
It's drag and drop menu make it user friendly, ultimately it is a simple but powerful tool for design and creating web campaign and digital marketing. It helps to manage emails and SMS, only con I face that slow uploading of hd images otherwise it is good software for digital marketing.

Adobe Campaign was used to manage our eDM campaigns, along with the wider Adobe stack to manage our landing page optimisation, performance media bidding and optimisation. The business problem that Adobe provided a solution for us is the personalisation and customer journeys of such a diverse database which spanned across countries, languages and almost all other demographic datapoints. It allowed us to optimise a journey for our users to guide them through a journey of engagement, purchases and reactivation.
  • Personalised customer journeys.
  • Processing large datasets.
  • Easy to use.
  • Run large scale campaigns.
  • Crashing occasionally through complicated flows.
  • Further development of online training.
  • Plug in and exporting data.
Adobe Campaign is well suited if you are running a company with a diverse customer base and want to add segmented customer journeys and double down on your personalisation. It is easy to use allowing fast upskilling within the platform and users do not need to have an IT-heavy background or know coding. I would recommend this to you if this suits your business needs.

Adobe Campaign has helped me bring potential clients closer to the company I work for, allowing me to create campaigns tailored to my needs without neglecting the company's brand identity, which is essential for our image. In addition, Adobe Campaign has facilitated this process of approaching the user, and has made it easier for us to create campaigns
  • Create dynamic campaigns
  • Organization
  • Execution of Marketing campaigns
  • improve mobile application
  • Customer service leaves something to be desired
  • Small bugs when launching big campaigns
We have used Adobe Campaign to work on an event oriented to music and training, for which I have been in charge. Thanks to this app, I have been able to better track our potential clients, get to know them and get closer to them, without the need to filter out uninterested people throughout the process, something that has saved us a lot of time and resources in our Marketing campaigns.

Adobe Campaign is a great addition to our daily business. It offers great features such as outstanding marketing options which can be utilized greatly by the company and add a lot of value to daily activities, such as improved sales and business profitability. It greatly streamlines the marketing infrastructure in the company allowing it to gain better ground in the marketing world. The customer support is outstanding, always available to assist with any issues, and ready to resolve them. Adobe Campaign was a great decision that our company decided on.
  • Easily personalizable.
  • Analyzes of marketing data.
  • Customer service assistance.
  • More user friendly.
  • Easier tutorial for beginners.
  • Limitations of design.
Faster customer responses and more involved assistance when required. Training takes a lot of hours, consumes a lot of valuable time which can be utilized elsewhere. Bigger and better customization would be greatly appreciated by end-users. Social media marketing can also be a plus for the future.

Adobe Campaign is the only enterprise marketing software that can manage, automate, and optimise campaigns across traditional and emerging channels like direct mail, email, and mobile. We provide online services to customers. The problem was we didn't have an existing customer database. Adobe Campaign helped us in creating a personalised customer database. It aided in the delivery of personalised communications based on the client's profile, behaviour, interests, and requirements. Email integration and automation also helped us in creating personalised emails. It also helped in the creating of landing pages like subscription forms, offers, etc. By using Adobe Campaign we got great customer satisfaction.
  • Creating reports is incredibly useful since this software allows you to track how well a campaign is performing and even figure out which marketing strategies are the most successful.
  • Adobe Campaign assists you in organising your work and delegating assignments. You can also plan marketing outreach in advance, which is really beneficial.
  • Adobe Campaign helps in tracking all of the customer interactions across all channels in one place, which allows you to send relevant and tailored messages to them.
  • Adobe Campaign has templates that we can use to create landing pages and it's very useful.
  • Adobe Campaign has many flaws, as well as a lack of good documentation and tutorials, which makes it difficult for users to accomplish the desired outcomes.
  • Adobe Campaign is expensive and it's not as user friendly as other Adobe products.
  • After a few hours of work, Adobe Campaign starts to slow down.
Adobe Campaign is well suited for any business that wants to automate the execution of social, email, digital and offline campaigns. It's an excellent tool for marketing communication initiatives, as well as some analytics to keep and grow engagement. It helps you to grow your customers. It's really useful while making landing pages as it has templates form which one can choose. It is really useful to send transactional emails, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and social media marketing campaigns. It is also useful in mail automation and integration.

Adobe Campaign is used by several marketing teams for successful execution of marketing campaign. Several products from Adobe family like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience and Adobe Analytics are combined with Adobe Campaign for great experience during maintaining customers data and marketing communications. All these products through Adobe campaign enable outstanding experience in customer journey execution, customer acquisition and maintaining current customer base.
  • High level of personalization
  • Flexibility for custom integrations
  • Scalability
  • Modern graphic user interface
Adobe Campaign Classic is really powerful campaign tool with excellent scalability and flexibility. However, it could be hard for beginners to explore and use all features.

Adobe Campaign is used across our organization to streamline our sales and marketing channels. It enables our teams to create email campaigns that we keep on sending to our customers and update them on our products and services. It gives us the right infrastructure of our customers' data and how to plan effectively using this information.
  • Creation of email campaigns for marketing our products
  • Analyzing customers' data and planning
  • All features on this platform are very effective in my experience.
  • I have not encountered any performance failure from the performance of this product.
It is well suited in marketing campaigns and sales of brands. The user interface enables the user to have full control over its performance. The platform's capability to track and plan how to win more clients into our company has boosted the growth of our organization. We are able to reach out and engage our clients at the right time using their contact information in our database.

Adobe Campaign is used across various departments in our company, but it is heavily used by our strategic partnership, marketing solutions, and digital content team. Our company uses Adobe Campaign to help create marketing tools for our clients. We also use it for automation of marketing campaigns and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Overall, the program has great features and is very flexible and easy to manage.
  • Excellent advanced email delivery that also easily integrates well with social and mobile. Also easily allows you to create custom emails for customers.
  • There are multiple ways to achieve the same results - so if one tool doesn't work, you aren't stuck and have other options of getting the same end result.
  • I wish it was more straightforward, I have trouble syncing it with my google drive and my Adobe Cloud.
  • I wish there was a better tutorial that really elaborates on all the unique tools so that users don't miss out on any major features - it's also hard to teach someone else the program, so this would be useful for new employees.
  • I wish they would bring back the one-time fee they used to over vs. the monthly subscription - especially when you need it outside of work or it's not available at your job.
I work as direct support to our marketing solutions, assisting team members in various projects to help build media plans and packages to present to various clients. I work a lot with our research team to gather information and statistics for these projects. Adobe Campaign is great in helping us with implementing our workflow by collecting the information, categorizing it in appropriate fields, and helping me find the best solution to present it in the best way to both my team and clients.

This is being used primarily by the marketing teams to plan their email campaigns and promotional offers. Apart from Marketing teams, it is also being used by the Product team, Design team, and growth engineers who help with the above email campaigns and promotional offers. It's a very extensive tool to manage these campaigns and offers good analytics and insights for their optimization too.
  • Email campaign.
  • Offer/promotional pages.
  • Targeting and user segmentation for campaigns.
  • Supporting other channels such as in-app, whatsapp, etc.
  • Live user cohort analysis
  • Web-hook based campaigns.
It is well suited for any large organization to support their email/SMS/push notification campaigns. It's a very stable tool and can be integrated with your database. Also, if you use other products from Adobe Suite, this will be a very powerful add-on. But it's not well suited for a small startup or if you need extensive integrations of various channels, their analytics, etc.

Adobe Campaign is a very powerful tool to leverage the company's internal and external campaigns. Makes it much easier to edit content and manage shipping on a large scale. Personalization and centralization of marketing according to demand. Easy accessibility and high availability are also important points. Very dynamic and interactive application with well-qualified support.
  • Impressive data analytics
  • Ease of use and customization
  • Centralized flow management
  • It has an interactivity that helps a lot
  • Limited number of designs
  • A little deficient integration with other applications
  • As we depend on users for certain assessments, it is sometimes difficult to reach a conclusion
To give a boost to the internal and external marketing of companies it works very well. It helps a lot in the relationship with people and customers. It allows you to reach a large number of destinations very easily. Generates reports that maximize decision-making power over respective campaigns and products. The flows are better organized when using this resource.

I am a coder on the Infrastructure team and we are integrating ACC for the first time and we find the support team to be very helpful. The Client Console has infinite functionality and with that comes a bit of a learning curve but there is training and documentation provided from Adobe that can assist with any questions you may have.
  • Online forums with answered questions for the community
  • Client relationships and assistance
  • Email tracking
  • Online documentation BEFORE license purchasing
  • Speed of response to forum questions
  • Clarity in the documentation: some phrases are used interchangeably.
If you need to track user behavior, which honestly everyone should want to do in order to deliver customized responses, campaigns, and feedback, this is the right tool for you.

Being a part of the marketing and sales department, it's a very hectic task to keep track of follow-up with my suspects and prospects. On a frequent basis I have to send customized mails, SMS and other promotional offers to various accounts. This has been simplified with the use of Adobe Campaign which is a very good tool for marketing to send emails and other promotional material to multiple users.
  • customized information to customer
  • Gathering of customer behaviour online
  • automation of email, social, offline marketing
  • UI can be more friendly by using dashboards
  • Price is very high
  • Support and updates
It is very well suited for entire lifecycle of customer starting from gaining customer behaviour to convert then into customer and after purchase communicating with them regarding future launches or any other promotional activities. It helps in providing a 360-degree view of the customer starting from the prospect phase to the customer phase. It helps in providing relevant information to customers rather than providing irrelevant ones.

Adobe Campaign is one of the most stable and cost-effective services when working with online marketing oriented operations, so that sending newsletters to your company's subscribers takes much less time than it would take regularly, with highly scalable segmentation tools, and with many campaign design tools.
  • If we already have a list of subscribers to whom we want to send private newsletters about certain updates in our products and services, it is very easy to import them into the platform through text document formats, or directly from cloud platforms that have allowed us to save their information
  • It integrates very well with platforms oriented to the development of help desk operations, as in the case of Zendesk, where we store all the information of the customers that communicate with us to improve their user experience through technical assistance, and to have a better feedback with them.
  • Adobe Campaign allows us to create our own forms that can be added to the company's page, so that depending on the type of potential customer that is accessing them, we can show personalized information that is of interest to them as customers, and thus ensure more business.
  • Adobe Campaign does not have a high enough sales intelligence to let us know which landing page format would be the most optimal for the proper development of our mass marketing operations, which in the long run would also help with customer collection.
  • Does not directly track the number of people who enter our website, beyond sending them automated messages depending on whether they entered a certain section of the site. This problem is important, because it does not allow us to get complete tracking results in that area.
  • The platform does not do social media marketing extensively enough to let us create dynamic evaluations on the results of interactions that are obtained within social networks, which creates a huge margin of error in our analytical results messages, and so we have stopped applying social marketing.
Working with CMS tools would be of great benefit, due to the enormous facilities that are achieved with adobe campaign after its integrations with services such as WordPress, which allows us to expand our website in a way that better retains customer contact information, from any section of the site. If you are going to work with entirely personalized campaigns Adobe Campaign offers many different modalities, which is excellent depending on the type of customer or target we are trying to reach, and thus ensure better results for the development of our marketing. Depending on whether it is a website with constant activity or not, the marketing operations we execute are varied, so we can work on the basis of different marketing goals based on our current traffic level, so that the targeting functions are more accurate.

Adobe Campaign is used by the 4 business units of the Global enterprise I worked for. It is the official marketing automation tool across the business used to send out email and SMS communications to its prospects, customers and stakeholders. It is also used as the platform backend for online website forms. The business problem it solves is that when it was rolled-out, the company's direction was to unify the 4 business units into a single marketing automation platform. The goal was to have a unified view of the prospect or customer so it will be easy for us to acquire net new business leads, and convert those leads into a closed/won sale. For existing customers, the goal was more efficient cross-sell and upsell.
  • Big transactional data (eCommerce Transactions)
  • Data segmentation and aggregation
  • Third-party data enrichment
  • B2B enterprise nurture marketing with long sales cycles (6 months - 18 months)
  • Artificial intellgence
  • User Interface
Adobe Campaign is well suited for:
1.) Sending email marketing communications to big email lists (over a million records).
2.) Businesses with short sales cycle - 3 months or less. Businesses that are fast moving and transactional in nature. Examples of companies which may benefit from this platform are financial services, consumer businesses; pure eCommerce websites with direct online sales of fast moving goods and repeat buys.
3.) If you would like to activate email, SMS, direct mail campaign as well as social media like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn in one marketing automation platform.
4.) If you have a specialist Adobe Campaign developer/technical resource as an average/ non-technical marketing manager, [they] may struggle to maximise all its features as some programming is needed for data related activities; setting up API connections and building of templatised automated workflow journeys.

Less appropriate:
1.) Longer B2B sales cycle - if it takes more than 6-18 months for a lead to convert into a sale as its lead nurture capabilities where you build content tracks and streams are harder to setup
2.) If you'd like to track your prospect or customer behaviour through cookies on your website. It's not straightforward to setup.
3.) If you like to keep changing your email templates (as the AC email is sometimes not easily rendered on Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms)

Adobe Campaign (ACS) is used by the "digital marketing group" to handle multiple clients to use as a marketing automation tool to handle multiple scenarios/ Use cases.
It help[s] teams to leverage customer to run transactional email and use multiple communication channels like email, SMS, etc. It also helps to run welcome email campaigns for multiple brands and to run promotional campaign[s] [...] occasionally.
  • HTML Support - Use of AEM
  • Automation - for Transactional Emails
  • Ease Integration with other adobe tools - Analytics
  • Less activities availability compare to ACC like JS activity is not available

As a[n] Adobe tool, it is easy to integrate with other Adobe tools like AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target compare to other tools. Also, it is an effective marketing tool to manage campaigns for multiple markets for multiple brands at a time very easily and effectively.
Could be less appropriate for [the] small organization as the onboarding of [the] Adobe Campaign tool is [quite] expensive.

It is an application that is perfect to have a marketing [tool], [that] [controls] and [manages] advertising campaigns to generate redirects in our favor. It has helped us to make important decisions before any new market scenario or opportunity. It is a little difficult to use completely at the beginning, but it is very effective in its functions.
  • What we like most about this application is that it provides us with the creation of ads to generate presence and impact on different channels at minimum cost.
  • It has a section where [it] [helps] us determine our preferences in terms of marketing by private messaging and offer a report of actions.
  • It also provides analysis with percentages to determine how many customers actually received our e-mail advertising.
  • We have had problems with the usability of their platform. When we communicate with the integrated technical support via e-mail, it takes hours to respond.
  • On the other hand, the application does not allow us to multitask, your platform becomes very slow.
  • Also, it is a bit complicated to adapt to using the application completely.
We recommend Adobe Campaign as it is suitable for advertising and marketing our product, or service to get more demand and customers. It is an excellent alternative to analyze those customers and perform actions that make them feel that we are perfect to fulfill their needs.
