We use it to try to triangulate how big problems are relative to the requirements we get. And so we often will try to use the learning manager discovery features to kind of see which types of thematic things are coming out biggest to combine with our analytics data for patterns and trends. And so this is one use case that we do is to triangulate.

Full-featured solution but lacks better support
We're a software services company and we also provide consulting and assistance to corporate clients for setting up their workflow. Adobe Captivate Prime is being used by our customers and we help them set it up for internal employee training as well as customer training.

Great Learning Platform from Adobe Captivate Prime
We use Adobe Captivate Prime LMS module to provide learning facilities to employees and managers. This will also keep track on individual learning summary, reporting, employee learning plan and etc. It been rollout to the whole organization with the collaboration effort between HR and IT. With LMS, we have consolidated various platform from different offices for easier tracking of completion training and reporting. There's a cost saving for such consolidation initiative and we also obtained a good discount for mass enrolment to Adobe LMS, LinkedIn/ Adobe learning contents. Mandatory, foundational and soft skills courses available and accessible for all internal employees and contractors.

Seems to be a Great Product
While it is a great program that can build entire online learning courses, we were not able to implement it to the fullest at our school. The learning curve is a little high with all the other changes we had going on moving to virtual instruction.

Only our IT department uses it. It’s helped recently with E-commerce compliance issues we had. Some employees use the tool to work on their skill sets.
At Instituto SantaFe we use Adobe Learning Manager for external customer training. Thanks to this platform, it has been possible to solve the challenge of continuing with virtual education in a sustained and efficient way. The Adobe Learning Manager functionalities, as well as its intuitive interface, make it a great ally for online training.

It has helped our Learning & development division very effectively. It helped us get huge amounts of people trained and certified, and it's a great LMS. Our organization/institution employs several approved learning management systems. Adobe Learning Manager, which we also were familiar to as Adobe Captive Prime, was utilized for in-house learning for professional development and training or re-skilling for our post-graduate level of professional skills and development. The reason we utilized this product was a colleague who was familiar with gamified training products had recommended this.

Dynamic, Digital LMS Great For Real Estate Ventures.
Adobe Learning Manager is used at our real estate organization across the entire employee base to direct and implement our employee training and compliance program. This spans multiple competencies such as accounting, leasing (sales), marketing, senior leadership, and maintenance. As a real estate company beholden to many federal, state, and local regulations, Adobe Learning Manager helps us keep up with compliance requirements, as well.

Adobe Learning Manager is accessible to all our University students, faculty and researchers. It is widely used to ensure permanent and continuous training for all users of the University. In our case, the goal is always to guarantee an update thanks to accessible training activities. In our University, Adobe Learning Manager is not used for people external to our organization.

Adobe Learning Manager is used as Learning management system in our organization. It is being used across all departments. However, it is mostly used by the Delivery, Sales, and Project management teams. Reliable learning management software.
We are using Adobe Learning Management as part of a corporate initiative driven mainly by HR. This started a few years ago, with the goal to train each department and educate our employees on core values, business overall, team management, and how to become better, more engaged leaders. This initiative soon turned into a full-on strategy and resulted in a much happier work environment and more efficient work across all departments.

Great learning tool for internal employees
It is used as an internal training tool. It trains our employees, solution partners, support vendors and channel partners effectively. Even though it is not the best of the tools. But it is better than a lot of them out there. It makes learning fun with gamification features, virtual instructor led classes, personalized recommendations and social learning.

Great for internal training, but older and less experienced computer users may find it challenging
ALM is currently used to administer our external licensing training. Licensees can enroll in one of three classes in any of 8 combinations. Licensees choose classes based on the needs for their intended license. Adobe Learning Manager has been useful to track students' progress in the program and once learned by the administrator, tracks the progress well.

One of the Great LMS in the market
Adobe's LMS is used by our company in managing the learning courses, one-on-one mentoring session. The company also used them in upscale the skills of the employees. The LMS is used mainly for Sales & Marketing Department. It only used for internal purpose. The multiple course selection helps the employees to grow own their own time limitations. The company provide reward criteria as well for completing the specific set of programs.
