We've created a "start-up" within our company. We used "Livefyre studio" to capture some interactions on the website which we set up for this start-up. Livefyre Studio app helped us to create content easily, reach the audience that we needed and actively get comments. Comments from prospective users add value to the website content and that would be really helpful to achieve our goals with clarity.

It's really easy to implement that app but should improve some analytics.
From purchasing to implementation, the customer service/support was really perfect!
I used Disqus about 5-6 years ago, but I've wanted to try the Livefyre app, and it was really quite a good experience for me.
