free handbook on the website, free Youtube tutorials, featuring an overview of all the apps features and tools, to help get you started. There are.lots of Adobe Photoshop training centera if you want to be an expert. A training certification will be given at tje end of the training.

There is a learning curve to Photoshop if you have never used it. With that said, once a user is familiar with the product, you find the menus and icons to be well organized and efficient. The support of keyboard shortcuts adds to the usability. You especially feel this when you then switch to a competing product and compare its usability.

As I said before: Photoshop is limitless. It can be used by a beginner or a pro. It depends on what you are trying to do with it. Only by using the app do you get better and better every day. Even inside it, you have tutorials provided by Adobe. They’re really helpful and have a lot of levels and techniques.

You really must take time to learn this program. It can be difficult and you really should take a course. This can be extremely frustrating and confusing to use, but after you get the know how things get easier.

Photoshop has so many different abilities that it can be overwhelming. Users may not easily be able to learn all of the possible functions without training or tutorials. The more experience a user has with Photoshop will result in better final products. The software does have internet resources available if needed.

I would give it a 10, but it can be a little hard to use if you have never used it before. You definitely should start out by completing some tutorials and other things to get your feet wet before you dive in on your high priority work and get more comfortable with it.

I've used it for a long time and would consider myself a Pro user at this point. I know where everything I need is, have custom actions set up to make common actions faster, and have my workflows automated so much that everything is easy. Occasionally, a new version of Photoshop will change a common usability feature which will slow things down for a short time before I'm able to adjust, but generally I really like my setup. However, if you're new to Photoshop, it is likely going to take you a while to figure out how you can best use the features.

PS is a super powerful tool, but there is so much it can do that it has to have 100s of menus. Things can get a little lost. Lucky for us we can google/youtube answers on the fly. PS is something that after you have used it for a year you become familiar with the main uses that are applicable to your work, but to know everything would be impossible.

The overall usability of Adobe Photoshop is a nine. I say this because if you know what you are doing, great. If not, there are more than enough tutorials or examples online that can help you get on your way. Upon first glance, it can be intimidating, but you get adjusted quickly after a few trial runs.

Use your imagination and there is nothing you can't do. From mocking up web pages for Bootstrap, to adding a soft shadow to a logo, or getting the red out of your bosses eyes from the Xmas party. Photoshop is the tool to use. Certainly run it on a Mac if you can!
