  • Ease of Use
The main driver for us was finding something we could easily use across our organization to quickly and efficiently obtain signatures, and apply a sign order as a lot of our documents require multiple signers. Also being able to confidentially track signatures was import to our organization. The ability to pull up agreements and track progress was also important.

A necessary step to reduce waste and time for people. There are many documents that pass through several hands and people need to sign off on to get even some basic things approved. This streamlines the process, and makes it easier for the users and tracking where the bottleneck is at times.

The cloud solutions and scalability were two important factors for acquisition but having more access, user interface, and analytics were some of the items that drove us to choose another software tool when the forecast and review/usage were scheduled.

Ease of use was really important because we will send out 300+ documents that need to be signed each year and we don't want that process to be more complicated than it already is. We are also not charged based on how many documents we send out in a year. It's challenging when you need to send out more documents, but you don't have more available unless you pay an additional fee and Adobe does not have that.

  • Ease of Use
One of the most important factors, in our purchase decision, is cloud support. Often, we utilize Dropbox to share our files securely. With this process, sharing documents that requires a signature is frequent. It is nice to be able to share those documents to multiple recipients and be able to track the signature chain.

Ease of use was the single most important factory - anything we can do to make our company more efficient will automatically allow us more time to focus on the things that matter. This was very easy to use, to explain to team members with varying tech capabilities, etc.

User friendliness is the most important so that the signatories do not face any issues/problems using the tool. The tools should be highly accessible and efficient with no down-time and being on the cloud the users will not have to download any new apps on to their machines for signature.

Ease of use. I love how easy it is. It makes my day to day business and work easier to do and gets things signed and back to me more quickly than waiting on wet signatures.

Practical ease of use was a very important factor - we need to utilize systems, platforms, and applications that are easy to understand, follow, and utilize across various parts of the business to persons with different technological skill levels. Adobe requires a base knowledge in order to set up good templates, but when rolled out to mass team members to use/fill/sign, it has a high proportion of being understood and well utilized.

Primarily, we were looking for a simple, easy-to-use and easy-to-rollout digital signing solution that could be rolled out across the entire Uniper business without the need for long, complex training sessions and asking employees to spend hours reading user manuals. Previously, documents were signed via a digital e-signature in MS Word, with a digitally-signed email, or in some cases with a traditional paper-based signature scanned in, and we were looking for a simple tool to replace these. Adobe Acrobat Sign seemed to be a good fit for our particular use case at Uniper.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is convenient to use in many ways. People can sign the electronic document on their computer, they can keep a copy directly after they sign the document, and they can be notified when all parties have signed the document. The whole process saves time and a lot of money.

Adobe's business model is to provide digital media services, including art (Photoshop), design (XD and Figma), document creation and sharing (Acrobat), and document signing (SignNow). This would be great for me, but their outrageous prices and price-gouging tactics over the years suggest otherwise. It's simple interface made installation faster than expected for our team.

The most important factor we looked at was how well the program would integrate with the current workflow of our company. We already were using other Adobe products, which meant that this program was a natural next step as we continue to move away from physical paper and more into a digital-only company.

Product usability is the single most important factor because it wouldn't prove efficient if other users can't figure out how to sign and move it forward in the process. It would prove to be more work and stress to deal with instead of making our lives easier.

We based our decision on the fact that we use the whole adobe suite of products and not just Adobe Acrobat Sign. There was really no consideration of another product. If we did not use the other products then a more in depth comparison and review would be completed to determine the best product to use.

The trial version was tried and that experience makes it verymuch impressive for me to purchase the paid version with all facilities. That made me to recomend to other colleagues and friend to use at their office, especially for internal matters. That saved time, paper as well as efforts.

Integration with other apps made it verymuch impressive to use it.
