Each year we have employees acknowledge they have read the employee handbook and use Adobe eSign for this. We also use it when there is a new policy that more than 10 employees have to sign off on. The final use is for when one of our employees wants to use a auto out of our fleet for company business. We send the acknowledgment to them. They have to review and provide us with their drivers license information and birth date. Then we add a second signature which is a person from our insurance team who runs an MVR to make sure the person has an active drivers license and is able to drive a company car. Then final copy goes to HR who makes a copy for the employee file. All can be done in a matter of minutes instead of days sending forms back and forth.,Multiple signatures on one form. Because our clients are located all across the United States it would be an inefficient use of time and resources to maintain their agreements and service contracts any other way than EchoSign. I am the admin for our EchoSign account with six subgroups that I manage a variety of documents for. I am easily able to locate a document, find its current status and see all who have shared it. This makes managing a large amount of documents very simple. EchoSign is very user friendly in that every tab is easily recognizable as to its functionality and use. Being the one that trains our company on how to use and maximize EchoSign it is very easy for new employees to grasp because of how user friendly it is. Getting a document uploaded into EchoSign and available for immediate use is very simple. I utilize Adobe Acrobat X Pro to create all the custom fields and the overall look of the document and then simply add the document to my EchoSign library with the appropriate signature fields. Adobe EchoSign makes signing and filling out our contracts/agreements a simply process for the client. EchoSign walks clients through each field on a document in which information is required.,I do a lot of widgets within EchoSign and as far as I can tell there is no way to go back and edit the document if a change needs to be made without being required to redo the whole widget. Unlike uploading a document and having the capability of editing it once it is saved, widgets are a one time save and hope it is 100% correct. This gets particularly annoying when I am turning a 20 page document with lots of required and non required fields into a widget, one mistake means redoing the whole thing. It seems there would be an easier process for archiving documents. A one or two click process would be nice and much easier for people I train to remember and grasp. It may be due to my skill level but seems having more than one signer where one is optional gets a little tedious and difficult when it spans a large number of documents.,10,Adobe EchoSign increases the speed at which agreements are signed and returned back to us. It used to be that we would email a PDF of the agreement and wait for the client to print it, fill it out and get it back to us which could take days and sometimes weeks. The longer the client took to get the required agreements and forms back to us the more revenue we would lose out on. Adobe EchoSign has given us a one to two day agreement completion time which means we can enroll clients in our services faster and start collecting money sooner. Adobe EchoSign enables me to manage agreements by ensuring the correct versions are uploaded and being sent out. Before EchoSign, employees would always have some version saved to their individual hard drives and if changes were ever made it was difficult to make sure every employee was using the correct one. This has drastically reduced the time spent from a number of departments in fixing errors and reaching back out to clients.,10,1,We rely on EchoSign to get our service contracts signed in a timely manner. It addresses the NDAs needing to be signed by every buyer on each of our clients in market (currently about 500 in market). We receive about 1200 NDAs per month, so Echosign is extremely valuable.,The integration between Echosign and our Salesforce CRM is ingenious. Our company absolutely loves being able to provide its confidentiality agreements to potential buyers and clients, knowing it will come back to the respective team member as well as attach in Salesforce. The reporting aspect is also great - we use these document reports as leader boards within the company to offer perspective and motivation for future documents. The signing process is insanely easy. You can sign from a phone, computer, iPad - basically anywhere. I'm impressed with the timeliness of delivery and ease of use.,Our company uses a custom made widget for Salesforce purposes, and we aren't able to send the completed document to more than one contact (other than a standard cc). It would be great if this is something considered moving forward. We have had a little more difficult of a time working with a multi-signature process. Transitioning the next department into our CRM system has been successful, but having the ability for multi-signing is the next big step we need to conquer. Echosign always seems to be going through maintenance or glitches in the service - I know this is something actively being worked on, but always something to be considered.,9,We are a M&A firm and need every buyer to sign a document in order to see our deals. With over 400 deals on the market, this is a LOT of documents to be signed for viewing. Echosign has had an extremely positive impact on making this system more efficient. Every deal has a respective link with its Confidentiality Agreement and is able to be sent out, signed, returned to the respective director, and attached back into our CRM. Amazing. Employee efficiency has also drastically increased. A 250 person company spread around the nation formerly relying on email, scanning, and faxes has now transitioned into a more technologically advanced (though still far from it) company relying on the signature of a link. Our leader boards also push directors to use this system. Customer Service has also been positively impacted. We have a cc of every document come to a standardized inbox for monitoring. Any time a client or buyer calls questioning why they haven't received a response, we are able to look in that inbox to verify whether something was actually signed or not. It would be very helpful for there to be an easy way to merge accounts - we've had issues in the past with some users not being linked and it can be very difficult to change. EchoSign provides a signature audit summary that allows the tracking of signature progression. A very useful tool in proving signature email address, IP address and date/time stamp. Website also provides opportunity to send reminders to document recipients to sign if they have not done so by a specific timeline. Provides return receipt to the signer of the document once completed.,Would be nice to have clearer way to distinguish which fields are required in order to submit documents once it's been signed versus which fields are just optional. Although EchoSign does allow for multiple signers using the same email address, the document will be sent multiple times. Would be nice if both signers (who share an email address) could complete all fields the first time visiting the website rather than having to complete one section and then waiting for the second email to log back into the site and complete the document. Would be great to be possible to allow multiple signatures through a tablet (such as an iPad) run flawlessly. It gives us and our client's options, rather than having to rely on the postal services to get our agreements signed.,I would like to see some development to the building of forms, we recently found it quite difficult designing a form using the Echosign coding in word because the size of the field is reliant on the number of characters in the field name. Perhaps this could be altered so we could just type in the number to represent the size of the field. I would like to be able to validate a form as it is being completed, depending on responses provided by a client. Essentially an interactive form. A centralized database of all our contracts across the country for reference is very important. Knowing that Echosign has the security in place to store these is important.,NEED AN ANDROID APP! I was able to use the trial version for over a year before I exceeded the monthly free limit. I gladly paid for the year of use. My contracts are typically very simple and require one signature. I did not spend long comparing or researching alternatives but trusted the Adobe name and have been very pleased and regularly recommend the service to other friends and clients. I like being able to quickly review contracts out for signature and scheduling follow up reminders too! Overall I've been very pleased.,Allows clients/buyers to quickly sign and return contracts and documents. Great reminder feature to search for any contracts out for signature and send reminders - either a single reminder, or daily until it is signed. Mobile compatible - many of my customers are traveling so allowing them to confirm their contract and sign quickly from their mobile device is a HUGE time saver!,I haven't researched (or had the need) for contracts w multiple areas to sign/initial. Management of multiple signers with a single email account should be done without sending the document multiple times to the same address.,By far, EchoSign helped create faster turnaround on the signature of our contracts. Sales representatives spent less time chasing paper and more time selling. Having the ability to choose what documents each party sees just by putting the signature box on a certain page is a huge time saving asset to our operations. The Mega Sign feature is awesome for getting one thing signed by a lot of people at one time. Whenever we need a document signed by everyone in the company, it can be done within minutes.,It would be great if the content of signature/content boxes lined up neater so it was easier to place cleanly on a line. EchoSign adds an additional page with signatures at the bottom of my documents and I can't figure out how to turn it off.,We can get contracts signed in a matter of minutes using the click of a button rather than having to fax documents back and forth. EchoSign is a huge time saver for multiple departments within our company. In my previous role, I used EchoSign to send and manage several hundred customer contracts and orders. When compared to the deals closed without EchoSign, the deals closed using EchoSign closed faster and more often. The easy to manage alerts help you understand when a contract has been opened, viewed, forwarded, and signed. The optional reminders allowed me to passively remind prospective customers to sign their documents.,Some EchoSign e-mails would get caught in SPAM filters.,Smoother transactions. The logistics of trying to get people in the office to sign their agreements each year is challenging. Echosign has allowed us the flexibility to get the agreements to our contractors, signed, and returned much more efficiently. The contractors appreciate not having to make the drive in to sign their paperwork and I can focus more energy on hiring and service management, instead of scheduling and hounding people who are already on board. We use this same model for all of our client contracts as well. 80% of our business happens using e-mail and our online website. When our clients book services with us we can send them their contracts for review and to be signed with the touch of a button. Our clients are busy professionals with full time jobs and they don't have time to come into the office or mail paperwork back and forth. Echosign is a win win solution. I love that Echosign has a built in reminder system as well. You can set up a reminder daily or weekly. It sends an email to the receipt ant on your behalf which allows our team to focus on other tasks instead of managing the items we need signed.,Echosign does allow you to customizes your forms, but I would like the ability to customize it further so that the reminder emails and notifications can be branded with our business pieces, such as font, colors, links, and logo use. One thing I would really like to see changed on these forms is the text formatting. When you add a large form field, the font size changes to fit the field size. It would be nice if all the text stayed a consistent size regardless of the amount of text entered or the size of the box. It makes the forms look a little unprofessional. Also, I would like to see a wrap-function for the text. Instead of the text running off the page in a straight line, having it return down to the next line just like when you're using a field in an Excel spreadsheet with the wrap text function.,Echosign has literally saved us thousands of dollar. It does this by streamlining out process, and making our team member more efficient. We don't have to pay for mailing contracts in the mail or pay our people more hours to manage our contracts. Echosign has given us the ability to provide our clients and contractors with a faster service. They get their contracts in their email which is convenient and accessible. They don't spend additional time or money traveling and mailing paperwork back and forth to us. If we didn't have this function to use in our human resources department we would need to high additional people to handle the work flow. We don't need to do that because Echosign, acts in a sense, like a 2nd set of hands for our process. The reminder function is very easy to use and takes just a second. I like being to review signed documents - echo sign saves them. If you lose something or need to access them again, you can and they are easy to find. Just search the email address you sent them to or the persons name.,Adding multiple text boxes that are the same size. It can be time consuming. Luckily, you only have to do it once if it's a form you use often.,8Adobe Echosign ReviewAdobe Echosign makes it easy to upload documents and then manage them. I particularly like the preview box that allows you to view the first page of the document when selecting it from the list of documents. Echosign allows documents to be viewed and shared with ease. Getting signatures for documents is an easy process.,I think that there should be a notification system that informs you when you have documents that need to be signed. Placing fields in documents is difficult. The field options available are confusing.,Echosign has made it extremely easy to send documents via email. Echosign is a crucial component that allows us to have a completely online process. There is also a clear depth of functionality however they do not confuse the interface with too much information or customization options. Echosign integrates well with major enterprise SAAS products such as Salesforce.com and Box.com. Being able to tie our executed agreements to the relevant records in those systems is a huge win. Echosign's usability is reflected in the fact that our People Department was immediately able to assume responsibility for getting electronic signature on key employee documents with no training and virtually no ongoing support.,"Only I Sign" functionality where you are signing an agreement that was not sent to you from within EchoSign is difficult to find. Further, it is not entirely apparent how to do self-signature on those type of documents without a bit of trial and error (or help from a co-worker). Managing of documents out for signature could be improved - the ability to modify certain aspects of an unsigned document that has been sent (without cancelling it and starting over) could use help.,Prior to Echosign at one of my previous companies, we were seeing a multi-day cycle for the signature of documents without an e-signature solution in place. After Echosign we saw agreements for large enterprise B2B projects executed in hours and with minimal friction. In my current role, our company was able to immediately transition to e-signature for all internal employee agreements which has streamlined processes tremendously and ensures accurate archiving of all previously executed documents. Accomplishing this has minimized training and so yes, I would recommend using the product right from the start... no training required.,No,7Easy to useEchosign has enabled me to streamline the licences process in a huge way by providing convenience as I liaise with clients from all over the world. This has allowed me to save a great deal of time, as a Contract/Licence can be issued and signed within minutes unlike the traditional way of posting it and not knowing if it has even been delivered. This is also another reason why Echosign is so good: you have a guarantee that the document has been sent and has been received as a confirmation email comes through. There is an audit trail to explain exactly when it was sent, received and signed which can prove useful at times. Having Echosign has come in particularly handy when someone is leaving and there needs to be a smooth handover. Echosign users can share documents in the library so there is no need to email each other the documents or worry about transferring them over.,Echosign lacks the capability of managing any outstanding documents that are required to be signed if the user has left or we are unable to access their account. The only way to ensure that those documents are signed would be to log in to their account. You should be able to share the document and inherit any outstanding actions for that document. You are not able to change the font or the size of the text boxes which can make the document look a bit untidy at times. it would be good if there was a facility to choose the font to match the document. Also the option to change the size of the font rather than alter the actual size of the box. If the content of the box is very small the font will be large, which often looks rather strange in comparison to the rest of the text. Conversely, the font becomes very tiny when there is a lot of content in the box. It should be possible to attach a picture as I would like to attach a logo at times but this is not currently an option. The library should be organised in a better way with sub-folders as I have so many documents saved it can take a few minutes to go through them. There is a search function which you can use, but this is useless if you do not know the name of the file you are looking for.,10,I would say this has definitely increased employee efficiency and has enabled everyone to process their workload faster. This tool promotes good organization for all signed documents.,7,10Send more contracts in less timeVery easy to learn how to use this solution. In the HR realm the is program made the issuance, completion and collection of hiring packets very easy especially since majority of the staff did not live in the area. Additionally Echosign was used to collect releases that needed to be signed prior to competitions and training from athletes all over the world. This centralized our paper trail; rather than having a drawer full of thousands of haphazardly organized documents, we had an easily searchable library.,Aides in organization and ease of collecting documents that can legally be signed electronically. Provides a universal delivery of high priority documents to all involved with the organization. Makes all documents "interactive" and fillable.,Echosign has moved to archiving received documents more periodically which makes viewing certain things more difficult when you have to wait for them to load. On the user end I understand that you cannot save a fillable document half way through which in some cases discourages those who get half way down and need to come back. Although the interface is intuitive and I only needed customer service once in a while, customer service could be improved. I found it hard to get a hold of somebody.,9,Increased Human Resources efficiency. Better customer user interface. Cannot send mass emails to users or get any kind of user history such when/who created/de-activated.,We don't currently measure anything specific around use of this tool, we are awesome like that, however I do know reps and legal spend far less time getting signatures than in the past. Echosign has helped us to double, even triple the amount of work we can do in a day. If there is ever a glitch, the response from the Echosign team is quick and accurate. Echosign allows documents to be redirected with just the click of a button. It also allows for more than one signer, which comes in handy for the bigger contracts. I love the reminders system. The bell allows me to know if a client is receiving their daily reminders. If the bell isn't there I can easily turn them back on. It saves the PDF of the fully executed copy, which allows for easy access when the contract is needed.,The message in the email that the contract is sent in is small. I wish I could customize the message as it appears in the email. For example: Font size, color, and style. Sometimes I receive the email confirming that my contract was sent, but the agreement status hasn't been updated. It takes too long for it to update on certain occasions. Along with this, the agreement usually refreshes itself when the contract is sent, but sometimes it just stays in draft format. This has caused me to believe the document didn't send and I hit send again. If you drag a field to edge, it disappears, and you think it’s gone but it’s not really gone, and it shows up to the client somewhere else in the document. It is by far the easiest service we have used to obtain digital signatures from employees. In the past we had done it by hand (a process I would not recommend for 1500+ employees) and with another company that would not allow us to create our own forms and would charge us for each form.

I have used DocuSign and Assure Sign before discovering EchoSign and once I discovered EchoSign there was no going back. The tech support for EchoSign has always been top notch. I can't go into much detail but I strongly feel that Adobe EchoSign gives us a competitive advantage over our competitor because of how easy it is to use and access from a client's point of view. EchoSign is easy to learn, train others on and gather the necessary information from clients and potential clients. Furthermore, we have so much time and resources wrapped up into EchoSign that the switching costs would be through the roof.

The effectiveness of an individual link for every deal we market has provided us with the ease and efficiency of improved quality control and client satisfaction. Although there are items we would like to see worked on, such as multi-signing, multi-recipients, and maintenance, we are extremely satisfied with the quality and service Echosign has provided to us. EchoSign has without a doubt helped our company to become more economic and time efficient. We can provide our customers with an entire documentation packet filled with all of the required paperwork they will ever need to sign in one quick email. The return time is at least four times quicker than sending through traditional mail methods, and is just as easy to instruct as flagging a hard copy. Our company is in the renewable energy industry, and it's great to know that there's a product like this that can help reduce waste. EchoSign diligently secures all documents and signatures, and provides an audit trail that is integral to keeping our customers' information private.

Renewing our license is a no brainer, the system pays for itself when compared to postal costs. No to mention the fact it is a more effective and efficient way for us to get clients on board. We have been using Echosign for 3 years and have actually increased our membership this past year to 3 separate accounts. It makes such a difference is how we run our business. When I look at the future and our potential to grow our business, we wouldn't be able to do it without Echosign. Maybe someday a better product will come along as the market changes, but we are extremely satisfied with what Echosign has allowed us to do. I will also mention that for a small company like us, it's very affordable. They time and money saved using Echosign pays for itself and then some. It's a no-brainer.

Without Echosign, FirstLookApproval's online process would be significantly less efficient. First Look Approval boasts a completely online process that allows almost immediate response. This is dependent on our ability to use Adobe Echosign to send the necessary documents to our customers quickly. Our renewal of Echosign is necessary to keep up with our current client base.

Having sold cloud based technology for the last 5 years, I understand the efficiencies around a product like Echosign. This would be a 9 or 10 except towards the end of 2012, there were several outages, one that was significant. EchoSign has taken steps to rectify this but they really should have handled both the outage and the subsequent communication better.
