The usability of Adobe Sign is excellent. Firstly, the administrative backend is very user-friendly. It's quick to add sub-accounts to access the forms, it's easy to upload and edit forms for information needs, and the storage capacity is indefinite and easy to access to download or email documents. Secondly, the user side is very user-friendly. It interacts with any type of electronic/remote software and is easy to fill out documents that are uploaded. Finally, while sometimes the speeds can be slow and the service sometimes drops out, the stability is far better than other products that were tested.

My Adobe Sign Review

Very easy to use with one exception:
I have run into a few issues when I have multiple people signing (e.g. husband and wife but they use the same email address) and I feel Adobe Sign is not very good in this respect because it wants multiple emails. The other issue I've encountered is it assigns a name to one email, so for example, if a husband signs with email@email.com , and his wife wants to sign with the same email address, it will only capture the husband's name.

We found the Salesforce Integration to be very straightforward. The Adobe Sign portal was also very easy to use for people who needed to [make] mass sign requests, create their own templates, or turn any document into an eSign process. In October 2021, Adobe did start to merge the Adobe Sign portal with Adobe Suite, and this transition has been a bit clunky in terms of registering users and managing the admin controls.

Having no experience with similar systems in the past, it was very easy for me and my users to use many different features, including different types of forms, rules, and even some automations. For some of the more complex features, we are able to either receive help directly or reference the knowledge base, which is quite extensive.

Adobe Sign is the easiest app that anyone can use because it is so easy to use on every level. It is well presented, and the functionality of it does supersede any other apps out there that promise to do the same thing that Adobe Sign does, which is to sign important documents.

It is very easy to use and doesn't go overboard with options to overwhelm the user. It does what I need it to do and doesn't try to over-complicate the signing process with additional features or add-ons I don't need.

Adobe Sign has great usability. The mobile application makes it very easy for customers to review the received documents and immediately sign the contracts. Normally customers make the whole process without calling or requiring support from the sales team. In terms of sales operations, it has strong features that improve usability such as signature status.

As far as Adobe Sign's overall usability, it has been very great to use this quick electronic signature system and has been a staple in our processes. It is easy to train our new staff in how to use it and all of our employees know that using this is quick and gets the job done fast. Once all parties have signed the document, you get an emailed copy of the signed PDF.

The overall usability of Adobe Sign ranks 10 out of 10 in my book. I don't know if it could get any simpler. I love a good intuitive design that helps save time and headaches. Adobe Sign does both, and it is so easy that any person with any level of experience can use it with no problem.

I've been a big fan of the classic version but Adobe is switching over everyone to the modern version in the next few weeks. I found the modern version to be a little clunky and less UI-friendly. For our candidates though, the usability has been extremely easy to navigate.

Their user interface could definitely be improved. It's a little hard to navigate and [once] you hide a document, you can't get it back. Delete might be a better word since hide may indicate that it can be unhid.

[I don't need] additional products to make it work and obtaining signatures only takes a few minutes. I get the signed documents much quicker using Adobe Sign. I see that this works well across all platforms. It is so helpful to electronically sign documents no matter where you are. [The] upload is fast and easy.

The product can be easy to use for basic functions of just getting people to sign a document. As soon as you start needing slightly more advanced features, like witness signatures or modifying an agreement after it has been sent, [I feel like] it becomes a nightmare.

In terms of usability, I believe the interface is pretty intuitive and there is hardly any learning curve even for completely new users. It is used across functions within my organization and everyone is able to use it and benefit from it. Adobe Sign offers a clean signature process enabling the receiver to sign documents from any place and any device. Also, the signatures are legally binding as well.
