Adobe Support offers live phone support and chat support without having to be triaged! I really enjoyed getting a live support agent instead of having to open a case and waiting for someone to get back to me in 24/48 hours.

We were able to somewhat easily navigate to the support team the first time we needed help and have been able to do so each time since then. While the support team is sometimes limited in terms of the solutions they can provide, they always explore all options and rectify the issues directly whenever possible in a professional and kind manner.

Maybe it is unfair to state the following... but let's do it anyway. Customer service these days have been spoiled by the service offered by Amazon. Everybody else seems to be compared to that standard of service Amazon provides and seem to come short.

The product has all the features we need to meet our business uses case, like bulking sending, setting up reminders, viewing signing history, and running reports. Adobe Sign for NetSuite app is well integrated with NetSuite. So, we don't need to manually enter customer or employee names when we create agreements. Adobe support is very responsive. When we open a support case, support teams normally respond in less than 1 hour.

Adobe Sign does a great job of being there for its customers, and the customer service representatives are always there to assist. However, it does get extremely busy sometimes, and the hold time does go a bit longer than usual. Otherwise, it is the app to beat in terms of functionality and excellence.

They have a very good product description on their web page, also educational videos on different stream applications. Is almost impossible to have a situation where you have to call or chat with a customer service agent from Adobe. The FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), demos, and free trials are a great support and improve customer experience.

I have to be honest, I have never had to contact a support team while using this product. This is the reason for the rating of 5 out of 10. I have not had any negative experiences, but I've also not had any positive experiences. If I had to judge by my overall experience, I can only assume I'd be just as happy with the support as I am with the overall service.

Any issue that we've had arise has been easily taken care of through our support teams working in tandem with Adobe's support team. Hard to find a company focused on customer experience as much as we are and Adobe fits that bill.

Generally, they are good, but there is this one open issue we are facing that they can't seem to troubleshoot. Recipients don't see the record in their "Waiting For Me to Sign" inbox even though it shows as sent from the sender's side.

[Personally,] support is something I am not happy with. On a couple of instances, the software was not working as expected and [we] needed a quick response. The agreement had already been shared with stakeholders, but support was too slow in understanding the gravity of the situation [to] actually fix the issues. There is no live chat support option available. Also, I believe the self-help section needs to be improved in leaps and bounds so that when situations like the above [happen], one doesn't need to rely on the support and is able to troubleshoot on [their] own.

The overall support for Adobe Sign I find is very good. It is very easy to navigate to the help menu and on purchasing the software. I was provided with all the relevant information that I may require plus contact details for help if [it] was ever required. However, it was relatively easy to get up and running.

[In my experience,] the "chat" function in Adobe Sign takes you to a department that doesn't deal with Adobe Sign (they usually don't know Adobe Sign even exists!). A similar thing often happens when searching through the written documents... you get lots of hits telling you how to get documents signed using more expensive products, but very little about Adobe Sign... [in my opinion,] it [feels] like a bait-and-switch [to me] to get you to buy a more expensive product.
